I responded to their insta post to checkout my system because it is 15 years old. To get an appointment I needed to give them my Amex #. Weeks later two men came by, looked at the readout numbers on the instruments and declared everything working fine. They stepped back from the house looking at the panels and declared them Ok. They did not need to go up on the roof to inspect them closely.They were gone in half an hour. Then they charged $315.— when I asked why and what for they said it was standard But never mentioned before. Also that it included an hour travel time for each of them. Never mind that the green logic offices are 5 minutes away from me. I would have at leased to have the charge be a credit towards any possibly needed repairs but No. The whole thing seemed scammy to me.
