Seller, not the installer
Green Energy Shield sold the solar electric system the totally turned over the planning, permitting and installation to another company, Sunlight Solar. They, together, did not seem familiar with local, Lakeland Electric nor Polk County, Florida requirements or regulations which greatly slowed the approval process.
