They were professional and courteous and we had little disruption to our everyday lives. They left with clear instructions on operation and on the software to monitor the results. They provided on-site service of my Enphase system, when I was away from my home, and need help getting a battery replaced under warranty by Enphase. Jacob did a great job explaining the process of getting our solar system installed. This system is on our second home so much of the coordination was done via phone call or text. I am very pleased with the final product and the support we received from Jacob during the 1 year warranty period.
