Hailed out solar panels

Our 98 panel solar system that Gen Pro installed was hailed out back in September. I absolutely can’t get Gen Pro to fix/replace the system despite the fact that insurance would pay for it. At one point I told them my New Year’s resolution was to get the system fixed! They finally told me to get some other company to do the work, which hasn’t happened yet. I would rate this company two fingers up, if that was an option!

Very unprofessional. They did not install things correctly and they will not come fix it. They said it's past warranty, but it hasn't worked right since we got it. We have had issues with the batteries, with the backup generator, and with the wiring. These people never own up to anything. These people are crooks, way over priced, and do not stand behind their work. It is unbelievable how horrible their customer service is. They will probably chime in and say they can't find any records and/or that they care and want to fix it, but it's all just fluff to make the review not seem so bad...when it fact it has been a horrible experience and I would never recommend them to anyone. I would have been better off building my own system. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Good morning, I wanted to reach out and let you know as a customer of yours. Jeff has been outstanding to deal with on my technical issues with a Lorenz pump we have. It of course is in a remote location where tech support isn't available. After a few short phone calls and several trips there on my side we were able to resolve the issue. It was a unique problem to say the least. After several failed attempts to get it going we finally figured out the control panels Led wasn't lined up with the window in its face. Therefore we were unable to see any lights at all. Acting as if it was not processing the solar power. Once that was found it still wouldn't work and we had to pull the pump back out to remove some, of the packing grease it was shipped with. (the pump was stuck). I had purchased this pump several years ago and didn't end up using it at that time, so it went on the shelf in my storage. I believe the grease had thickened to the point the pump became stuck. Any way, Jeff was very knowledgeable throughout the process and I wanted to let you know he is a great addition to your team. Thanks Dale

Exceptional response time to inquiries via e-mail, their attention to detail was also on point. The removal of my SkyStream windmill in addition to the 33’ monopole was conducted in a day. In its place they erected a 4kw system on a pole with 8 panels 500’ from my home. Even with the great distance the Enphase Microinverters were able to communicate over the existing buried line to the EMU located inside my home. Great work, & I would recommend them to anyone looking to make the move to other renewable power. Thanks Ryan, & the GenPro Team

We had talked about getting solar panels for the past several years and 2020 was the year we really got serious about it. My husband had worked with a gal who recommended getting in contact with GenPro and from the first conversation we had with them we knew it was the right choice. They came to our house and answered all of our initial questions, some of which were probably laughable, but we knew nothing about how solar systems work with the electric grid. Ryan was so helpful in getting us a plan that would fit our exact needs. When they came to install the system everything went smooth and they even finished early. The work they did was very professional and it looks great. Once the inspection was done, we were able to start using the system and the best part is, we don't have to worry about how much electricity we are using during the day because we aren't paying for the electricity. So it's starting to pay for itself and it feels wonderful to make this kind of investment. We definitely recommend talking to GenPro if you are thinking about adding a solar system to your property.

These folks are great. They gave me a bid for what I asked for. Their bid was below 3 others that I'd requested. The technicians that installed the panels for me were very nice and polite, and explained what they were doing for me. The whole project was without a hitch. Once the city had passed the project, and LES had installed a new net metering electric meter, turning the system on was like my Dad telling me I could take my first car out for a spin. I don't know what was better, turning the system on, or seeing the balance on the meter reduce the electricity I had used. Thanks GenPro for making this a smooth process.

Since I am a 1936 model rancher, the technology of the installation must be considered. The patience and time spent with me has been invaluable in understanding the installation and operation of this system. The system has been in use for two weeks and is running like a charm. The minor quirk that was apparent on startup was corrected by a top employee driving the 300 miles each way to correct it and give me a lot of personal instruction. The courtesy and knowledge exhibited is truly unbelievable.

from the time the first call was made to when we received the product, Jessica was very professional and stayed on top of things. Went out of her way to contact individuals we were using for installation and made sure that they were aware of what she was sending and how it would work with the water system.

Solar power system for compressor

We contacted GenPro to develop a solar powered air compressor for a project. They were able to correctly engineer the entire system for our application. The quality of their work was excellent and they stand behind everything they say.

First Solar Installation in Deadwood National Historic Landmark

We worked with GenPro on a 7.5kw solar array on the roof of our small commercial building in downtown Deadwood. Turns out we were the first solar generation project in the Deadwood National Historic Landmark, and we were thrilled. We love showcasing the project as a way to maximize commercialize use of a historic building (our building dates to 1880) without compromising its historic character. GenPro was a great partner in the project. They're experienced, they knew what we needed, they were easy to communicate with, and they're providing great ongoing support. We're continuing to work with them on other projects (LED lighting is up next). Their people are attentive and super easy to reach. Can't wait to see how future projects turn out.

10kW Commercial Installation

Genpro assisted me in providing a 10kW solar system to Webster County Nebraska. Genpro's professionalism and technical expertise during the sales process were key to the county's decision.
