Worst customer service ever!!!! Since the beginning of moving into my new home, I was told that I'd have to wait for 3 months, and then to provide 3 months of utility bills to figure out my solar panel needs. It's been 5 months in, I haven't been able to get my solar panels activated. They're now requesting for new utility bills which I deny to provide because at this point, it's on their end and for them to own up to their snail services. Super slow and very unprofessional. Requesting for more documents simply because they couldn't process things in a timely manner is ridiculous!

horrible company - STAY AWAY
absolutely atrocious customer service. i've been emailing and calling this company for over a month and can't get anyone to respond. at this point, i should not have even bought solar!!!! STAY AWAY!!

“In December 2021, we paid Bachmans roofing and GAF Energy over $113,000 for a new roof and solar panels on our home. Bachmans did a fine job with the roof. GAF, however misrepresented or misunderstood PECO's specifications regarding how much solar we could generate and installed too many solar panels on our home. When PECO refused to approve the project, GAF refused to communicate with us, instead forcing Bachmans to inform us that the only choice we had to get PECO to approve the project was to either pay an additional $25,000 (to improve PECO's infrastructure to handle our solar capacity) or take off a few of the previously installed solar panels. It has been over six months since we installed the solar panels and we have yet to get PECO's approval for the project or see any relief from our electric bill.”.
