First Solar Team

First Solar Team did a great job installing our solar system. From the point of sale to the end of the project they did a great job communicating updates on my job. I literally received a phone call weekly from them checking in and giving me updates! I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!!!

1st Solar Team does not practice the 3 most important rules of Business Ethics,<br />1-Honesty with the consumer and it's employee's<br />2-Integrity, within your company and with consumers<br />3-Trustworthiness<br />My husband and I signed with your company in July of 2018, we do not hear from your company for months, we are good nlt October, many excuses were given. The contractor your company hired did his part, even though that was odd, who comes to a customer's home at 8:00 pm and actually puts up more panels, our fear of him falling because it was dark was crazy and very upsetting, your contractor tells us not to tell the company he is giving us extra panel's, he knows how badly this has turned out, by the way he is a good contractor his work was done well,<br />Did your company come to our home to see what was happening?, Did your company come to our home to explain how to finish the set up?, Did your company show any concern what do ever about any of the work and how it was done? The answer to these questions are No. As for your salesman Mr. Wiskowski he sold the project but he truly showed his business side about the company he works for in his scathing email in which he tries very hard to put us down and make himself be better and smarter. Our complaint is and will continue to be your very bad customer relations and how your company practices. Your company has no care what do ever about the consumer and how they feel, once again if I am asked about this company and how it does its work and the treatment of their customers I will tell them how shotty and non careing this company is
