When Covid started I was supposed to get a instal from this company. Not knowing then what I know now a I cancelled the instal only to get a cancelation fee of 1500 dollars It’s been over two years and I guess they are in the cancel business because I never received a phone call or e mail asking when I would like the instal

After meeting with 2 other companies, we felt eSolar offered the best product at a competitive price.

After considering numerous companies, I chose esaSolar and am glad I did. Insofar, they've been extremely responsive and helpful. Lauren was been very quick to respond to any question I had along the way. The site surveyor, Antonio, was very thorough and relayed my notes to the design engineers. Designer Mike was able to deliver the exact solution I was seeking. Permitting was a lot quicker than I anticipated. The installation involved a complicated main electrical panel upgrade + an EV charger, and their electrician, Gerardo Di Vicenzo, was stellar-- an upmost professional with keen attention to detail! From start to finish, I felt my project was in the best of hands. Very pleased so far, great company!

I knew I wanted solar but needed Ellsworth from ESA Solar to give me all the information I needed to make a good decision. He knew the product and when I asked for changes to the configuration, he and his team made it happen. The solar panels are fantastic and working great! Wonderful investment for the house. My experience with ESA solar has been fantastic from the start! Ells was great during his on-site visit and answered any and all questions with great detail. The installation process had a couple of small delays but I'll trade that any day for great a great product, great mounting system, and clean install. Morgan provided weekly checkpoint emails which kept me looped into the progress of the project from day one! The system size was spot on and will cover our power usage per the original design. I look forward to working with ESA solar for all my future solar needs!

I chose ESA due to a coworker constantly bragging about his new solar system. After reaching out to ESA, Ellsworth and I were able to come up with a solution to meet my home's needs. I had (42) 327 watt panels and 2 tesla Powerwalls installed. My home now uses little to no power from the Grid, I can charge my electric car off the sun, and I kick back power daily so that people like you can have power! Amazing ! From Ellsworth, to the solar install crew, to the operations team in the office, no question went unanswered and they were in constant communication with updates or any questions I had throughout the process. I would do it all over again in a heart beat. Great product, Great experience!

One of the reasons I chose esaSolar was because they have SunPower products. I really like the total product integrations (Solar Panels and Mounting Racks) from the same manufacturer. Ellsworth, our sales representative, was able to provide answers to all of my questions and was able to customize my system to exactly what I wanted.

ESA and the Director Sales, Ellsworth Corum, went above and beyond to make our commercial project go smoothly. They exemplified customer service and above all followed safety protocol on installation. From the beginning ESA has been top notch. I received presentations and quotes from 3 companies by far Desmond was the most knowledgeable, educational and overall well presented. He represents a great company and great product and shared all the perks of both. Pricing was competive with the other companies. The permitting and install were done professionally and we were kept well informed with weekly updates along the way. Any time I call they have responded timely and helped get me acclimated to the new system and app. Overall we are extremely pleased with the entire process and our systems performance.

I’ve had perhaps a dozen solar quotes from various dealers in the last 6 years. ESA Solar are by far the most technically thorough and professional. I’m a retired system engineer and they have impressed me with their design expertise.

We reviewed other companies and had even signed a contract with another company, but found SunPower and ESA Solar. We cancelled the contract and went with ESA. Best decision!

We researched a few different companies and ESA had competitive prices. The entire process was very easy. Brandon was very easy to work with, very prompt in returing calls and emails, and very easy to get in touch with. Once the permitting was done, installation was very quick. Our system is now running, and with the app I can track our production from anywhere. The process for solar is not a quick one, between permits and meter change, it can take a few months, but ESA was in touch with us and kept us informed on timelines and schedules.

I am an OUC customer and ESA Solar is the company that they have contracted with. The sales associate was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The whole process from deciding on a system to installation was fantastic. ESA is very good at communicating with their customers and keeping them up to date on what is going on. Morgan in the office is fantastic. Received a weekly update on Fridays about the progress of the installation and what was going to happen next. Was kept informed every step of the way. There were a few communication missteps but overall it was great. The electrician was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did beautiful work. The installers were also great. They make sure everything that they do is esthetically pleasing from the conduit work to the solar panel alignment. Any and all questions were answered. My system was put online September 20th and has been working great since. Not one problem. Monitoring is great. My system is producing between 35 to 45 kWh per day depending on the cloud cover. Some days a little lower due to it being really cloudy. If I had to do this again I would again use ESA Solar for the installation again, no doubt. Was very pleased with the entire process.

We are so pleased with our solar installation! From the start our Associate, Heath, was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We explored many other companies prior to selecting ESA Solar and Heath was able to provide hard core proof that ESA Solar was the best. Our bill has been reduced tremendously! Everyone at ESA Solar is a true professional and provided excellent customer service. They were very accommodating regarding my unusual work schedule and answered my many questions patiently and knowledgably. The solar panels are solidly anchored to my roof, look great, and have cut my monthly electricity bill to $10; I am very happy!

I have done extensive research and met with more than just 3 solar installers (my rule is to get at least 3 bids) throughout my journey on Solar. My own research all point to SunPower being one of the best and one of the most efficient panels out there, it also has the best warranty coverage. SunPower referred me to their local authorized dealer, and that is where I met Brandon at ESA Solar. I have had other solar installers range from extremely pushy, to outright dishonesty. The ones that were pushy and dishonest immediately turned me away. Brandon at ESA Solar was not any of the above. He actually spent his time answering all my questions and also went above beyond to see if he can meet my unique requests. One thing that was interesting is that throughout my research, while SunPower was one of the best panels, all research materials say that SunPower was higher. Overall, I did not find that to be the case if you look at overall price per watt. With these research points, I have finally made up my mind to go with SunPower. I researched ESA Solar and it was obvious they were a new company. Little online reviews as compared to other Solar installers. It seems that they branched off from ESA Renewables which is the commercial division. ESA renewables did have few good reviews. Normally I would be very careful about spending a large amount of money on a project this large on a company that seemed very young. I took a chance with ESA Solar anyway. The install process had a few hitches and slight delays. ESA Solar appears to hired very new or unproven subcontractors. The subcontractor did not follow specs and that lead to two fail city inspections. There was another incident that if I had not caught, it would have probably failed another inspection. I bought this to Brandon attention and he immediately made sure the techs got the right part before finishing the installation that day. Overall, If I would do it over again, I would still have chosen ESA Solar. They are premium panels. Price is right, and Brandon is easy to work with. These items outweigh the hiccups I had along the way. With due time, I think they will get the install process down. The solar production estimate that Brandon gave me seems below what the Panels are actually producing, now, of course, his estimate is throughout the year and my winter months will show the worse time for Solar. But, just looking at what I’ve been getting recently (During the Summer) I am out producing estimates!

While i will not say it went smothly there where weather delays some small comunication problems and other small problems . Esa worked hard to fix the sometime annoying weather and third party contractor miscomunications. Over the 4 to 5 month process from signing contract to job finish the people at Esa never ducked my annoying and somtime frustrated calls and concerns over the project .

ESA Solar from start to finish did a fantastic job and explaining the process to get to solar and helping me understand the process. I've done a ton of research and was glad to see their staff were able to answer any questions I had. In addition, I looked at other quotes from other companies that, while good, did not match ESA's local consultative approach. Sunpowers cells are top of the line and look great on a roof. All of the staff are doing a great job: Morgan B, Morgan M, Desmond, Brandon, Kyle and I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting. I look forward to my utility switching out the current meter to a bidirectional one so that we can turn this system on! Thanks again - I would highly recommend ESA Solar to anyone!

My home was built in the 1970's & before our purchased in 2001 had been a rental property. We have done some upgrades to appearance of property but not much else. In order to go solar our electrical system needed to be upgraded. ESA Solar during the sales process gave us a very good understanding of how their company would evaluate our specific needs & determine size & configuration of our solar system. They came out the next day & did measurements & inspected our electrical system, attic, & roof. Our electrical system needed a complete upgrade & was after a few days presented in the overall cost of the solar system. They did all the installation, of panels, rewiring of electrical, & new electrical termination boxes, set up all permitting, & inspection from start to finish.The whole process was done in a couple of months. They are a very professional company & keep you updated throughout the installation. I had no hidden or additional costs with all the work done on getting my system installed. Other than a few days here & there of weather related problems my installation went along as scheduled. I am able to track my solar panel efficiency & usage of power anytime on Sunpower online.

We had been waiting for the right opportunity to enter the solar system arena investigating and researching system capabilities, branding, costs, performance, etc. We found this company in Sanford and decided to give them a call for an estimate. The reps came out to our home promptly and discuss with us the potential for a system and the technical matters. ESA recommended we went with the SunPower system and I felt very relieved because I had read that SP was at the top of the game when it comes to solar power systems. ESA took longer than we expected in getting our system installed due to a couple of documentation issues that required re-submission to the power company. This did not come at a surprise to us because solar companies must deal with a myriad of power companies who have their own internal processing rules and issues. Conversely, ESA kept us up to date and informed of all matters related to the project, they answered all our questions and responded immediately to calls and emails. We were particularly impressed with ESA's flexibility ability to adjust to changes. ESA coordinated the installation of our system immediately after the power company had done their job. I would, hands down, recommend ESA to anyone looking into a residential solar system installation.

This is a company that appears to know what they're doing. The installation ran into unexpected problems (a hurricane hitting right before my installation was to begin, a slow permitting process etc) but ESA strived in every instance to adapt and overcome and get the project back on track. The installation went smoothly and the product worked as advertised. Despite the frustrations from the unexpected delays overall I'm very happy with both the product itself and the way the installation went.

ESA is a very professional company and the contractors and staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They explained every step along the way. I have recommended ESA to several other. Customers that are interested in Solar Home systems. I am so impressed with this company that I continue to keep there sign in my yard.

I installed solar for my entire house. My electricity bill went from $259 budget plan to 78.06 for Dec. and $82.72 for Nov. The solar panels themselves have to be paid for but that will not add up the the amount I was spending monthly for electricity. A tax credit will be realized when I file my taxes for as much as $7,000. I believe it is a good investment.
