Any errors identified were promptly rectified, ensuring the system met all required criteria. The Inspection certified we've made a perfect install. -Two-way Meter Issue: We acknowledge that the system was activated before the installation of the two-way meter. We have already communicated our willingness to cover the associated costs. Please forward the invoice to us, and we will ensure it's addressed promptly. - Inspection Process: It's standard procedure for homeowners to be present during inspections, as county inspectors sometimes need access to the home's interior. This may have caused some inconvenience, as you may not have much time available. We appreciate your cooperation during this process. - Cash Incentive: We understand the concerns regarding the cash incentive. However, it's important to note that Anthony is an independent solar salesperson. While Ensolar is responsible for the installation, any commitments made by independent sales representatives should be documented to ensure clarity. We have no written record of such an agreement, but we're open to discussing this further to find a resolution. - Our Role: Ensolar's primary responsibility is to ensure the solar system is installed correctly and efficiently, in compliance with all county and state regulations. We work with various independent salespeople, like Anthony, but our main focus remains on the installation process.
