I appreciated that Brad was always available to answer questions and provide information. He usually was available when I called and I never had to wait even a full day to reach him. The customer service he provided made the process extremely smooth.

We just increased our solar capacity thanks to Energy Solution Providers,LLC team. From the 1st interaction with Brad Bradley to the engineering with Paul and the installation team a very positive outcome. As is with any complicated project there are kerfuffles, which were mostly owner's lack of technical understanding. Brad was very patient and explained science, engineering and installation expectations. Brad, Paul and the installation team were polite, friendly and very educational. Brad was exceptional in explaining not only the business side of solar but also educated us on how best to monitor our system and included tricks of the trade to optimize the effective use of our system. Energy Solution Providers, LLC may be a bit more expensive BUT my TEP bills were essentially in negative payments when first installed. The job was completed in summer with lots of sun . I generated more power than I consumed perhaps because I have lots of solar panels. In the past 2 years, since installation, my highest bill was perhaps $50’ and my last bill was a negative $25.00. Besides being economically beneficial they are wonderful people with which to deal. In fact, the owner did a lot of hands on labor himself.

The installation of the requested solar panels were all installed within a very short time. All went well and within the time frame proscribed by Energy Solution Providers. Dave is a professional. He is not only very knowledgeable about solar, but is an excellent communicator, honest and has a team of very hard working individuals. They are thorough, and respectful of your property. Dave returns emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him. I interviewed several companies, and his company was by far the best.

We purchased our solar panels 10 years ago from Dave Haycock's company. When we had our roof redone in July, we called Dave and he arranged to send his crew to take them down for the roof project. The crew arrived on time, took care with our panels and re-installed them with great care. We have trusted Dave with this solar investment!

From the first day that Dave Haycock came to our home to provide us with information on going solar we knew this was the company we wanted to go with. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on 'all things solar' and made the process as painless as possible. A competent and experienced solar installer. Good workmanship and quality of materials. Provided sound and practical design advice. Utilized a qualified architect to prepare design drawings and permit package. Appeared to have some staffing challenges both field and adminstrative. Selected ESP after Interviewing several solar installers due to strength of experience, advice and pricing.

Great personal staff and company that does what was explained and agreed upon with competitive pricing and always ready to answer any questions would recommend you at a minimum talk to them before fo forward with any solar installation.

After reviewing bids from several other Solar Companies we decided to go with Energy Solution Providers. They were able to give us a completely unbiased opinion on what the best installation was for us. All the other were pushing a leased system with them as the beneficiary not us. They got the tax credit, they owned the system and they used my roof. When we figured out what the real cost was there was really only one company in the running. Our system works great, it is visible in real time for output and since they are local, I can call them and get answers immediately. They stay in touch and there really is Service After the Sale. Dave and crew are Awesome !

Dave came to our home and gave us a price for Solar. We liked the price and said go ahead. It was a busy time for instating solar so did take a little while before they started, but once started, did not leave the job until done. Dave was exceptionally good at always keeping us informed--and what REALLY impressed us--he informed us that the roof over our patio was badly in need of resealing--and if we purchased the seal, they would apply it for us! As my husband is 81, was so nice to not have to get up on the roof nor having to contact a roofer. They also asked for our extra house paint and painted the exterior electrical pipes. Thanks Dave for a job well done.

We are so very happy with the product provided by this company. Dave is honest and a no-pressure businessman and the whole experience from start to finish was a pleasant one, almost like working with friends. This is the second system installed on this house by the same company. My first experience with Energy Solutions was excellent, that took care of all paperwork for city requirements and made all adjustments as required without property owner involvement. Met all Electric Company requirements and system was turned on with out any problems. If you are looking to install and own your own system Energy Solution Providers, I recommend, for quick and reliable service.

Owner Dave Haycock did an excellent job and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. He actually installed two systems: one for the well pump and another for the booster pump. Dave designed the well pump system so that it has no batteries to maintain or replace; the storage is in the form of a 5000 gallon water tank. When there is a call for water, the booster pump runs off of just 3 batteries. System has worked trouble-free since it was installed. I requested that there be no Chinese-made components and Dave accomodated me on that as well.

After spending about a year reviewing a variety of solar companies, their products and their purchase and lease agreements, we made the choice to go with Energy Solution Providers, LLC. We purchased a 12 kWh system which included 80- 150w panels for our almost 3,000 sq. ft. single level home (family of 5, someone home all the time). Our purchase was made in 12/2014 so that we might be "grandfathered" in on SRP's prior rate plan. Dave Haycock was very informative and helpful in understanding the entire process and products we purchased. Reed and his crew, worked very hard in the worst kind of heat to get the job done. Our solar panels not only look pleasing on our roof top, but function very well. We started reaping the savings immediately. Straight shooters, explains the process and product in detail, on time every time, did not ever try to over sell me. Other reasons I chose this company was the fact that I got face to face time with the owner. He is a long time resident of Arizona and a family man. I know my $$$ is not being sent to some big corporate outfit on Wall Street. Keeping a local with a great company that exceeded my explications THREE times. I can't say enough.

The Installer was very knowledgeable, respectful, professional and very hard working.

The guys at ESP are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the installation. My flat roof did not align directly south and ESP was one of the only companies willing to install solar panels due south while other companies rather save time by aligning with the roof rafters. The installation was on-time and the price was exactly as quoted, I don't think I signed but 2 pieces of paper the process was so easy. I hung out on the roof while one of the days during installation and the guys were kind enough to walk me through each step of the installation process before, during, and even after during a follow up visit to make sure my inverter was recording production data. I am running 3% above my calculated efficiency! I can't say enough good things about the guys at ESP. They have the right technical skills to build a great PV system and from all the research I have done, you can't beat their price. Simply awesome.

Dave came to my home and explained it all to me. He did an excellent job of explaining the process. He got the permits and the HOA approvals. I can't say enough about Mark who installed the whole system. He was at work the whole time, never seemed to stop. Mark is a real plus for this company. I would have him and Dave again.

Just finished our 8.45 KWH install on our house in Gilbert, AZ. Was very pleased with the process. Same crew from start to finish, not a series of subcontractors like I see some of my neighbors getting. They took their time and were very methodical. Dave, the owner was very involved and knew every detail on how it all works. No goofy salesman, just the owner Dave giving the no nonsense facts. Would recommend.

Some lack of communication between contractor and city and contractor and utility required me to get involved and send documentation needed by utility in order for them to make the final inspection/connection.

Salesman contacted me regarding a review of our unit which would be 2 months. Suggest that it be communicated in the presentation. Two bills from the electrical company showed little savings and was starting to question the unit. Not a good thought for a homeowner spending thousands of dollars.

Work was actually completed ahead of original schedule due to a cancellation. Quality of workmanship was excellent. Unit is working well savings are running about 30 to 40% per month. SRP took two weeks to come out and inspect and turn on unit. That was one of the more frustrating things getting them to allow us to start using the system. It`s working well now and we are very satisfied.
