Great Experience! Recently purchased a home with existing Solar. We had no idea who to contact to get us connected and after calling several solar companies (each out of business) we contacted Energy Solution Providers. Promptly received a return call after leaving a message and after speaking with Brianna I knew we were in good hands. After she did some research she contacted us and let us know the next steps to get our solar connected. I have to say the level of customer service she provided was beyond what we experience these days. She was knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help resolve our situation quickly. I'm so thankful for Energy Soution Providers. When my inverter went out and I no longer had the use of my solar, my energy bills skyrocketed. I couldn't call the company I bought the solar from since they were no longer in business and I didn't know where to turn. Thanks to Angi's list, I was able to connect with Energy Solution Providers and was able to get a new inverter installed. The gentleman who installed my inverter did an excellent job and the installation took less then two hours. I especially want to thank Brad for his excellent attention to detail and follow up. Brad was able to find a warranty on the previous inverter so the only cost to me was installation.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience

I worked with Brad and Energy Solution Providers on a main panel upgrade and concurrent solar installation. Brad was professional, courteous, and communicative, informing me of the project's progress every step of the way. He worked directly with the utility company to get my whole project finished very quickly and everything looks and works great! He also offered me advice on the transition to the new utility plan and how best to maximize the benefits of my new solar. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to make the move!

Brad Bradley saved me! My solar stopped working and the company that installed it went out of business. I didn't know what to do. I called a handful of companies in Tucson trying to find someone that could help. Brad called me back right away and eased my mind. He had me go to my unit and walked me through a few troubleshooting techniques to see if he could help me get it working over the phone. This saved me a service call. Once he figured out what was wrong, we conference called the manufacturer and figured out a plan. His workers came and installed a new box, from the original manufacturer, and he set me up with an account so both him and I can see how the system is preforming. The best part is the he monitors all this clients systems daily and will call me if he sees an anomaly. Best company ever!!

We just increased our solar capacity thanks to Energy Solution Providers,LLC team. From the 1st interaction with Brad Bradley to the engineering with Paul and the installation team a very positive outcome. As is with any complicated project there are kerfuffles, which were mostly owner's lack of technical understanding. Brad was very patient and explained science, engineering and installation expectations. Brad, Paul and the installation team were polite, friendly and very educational. Brad was exceptional in explaining not only the business side of solar but also educated us on how best to monitor our system and included tricks of the trade to optimize the effective use of our system. Above and beyond

Energy Solution Providers, LLC may be a bit more expensive BUT my TEP bills were essentially in negative payments when first installed. The job was completed in summer with lots of sun . I generated more power than I consumed perhaps because I have lots of solar panels. In the past 2 years, since installation, my highest bill was perhaps $50’ and my last bill was a negative $25.00. Besides being economically beneficial they are wonderful people with which to deal. In fact, the owner did a lot of hands on labor himself.

Dave is a professional. He is not only very knowledgeable about solar, but is an excellent communicator, honest and has a team of very hard working individuals. They are thorough, and respectful of your property. Dave returns emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him. Tops in solar knowledge

We purchased our solar panels 10 years ago from Dave Haycock's company. When we had our roof redone in July, we called Dave and he arranged to send his crew to take them down for the roof project. The crew arrived on time, took care with our panels and re-installed them with great care. We have trusted Dave with this solar investment!

Great choice for going solar

From the first day that Dave Haycock came to our home to provide us with information on going solar we knew this was the company we wanted to go with. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on 'all things solar' and made the process as painless as possible. We were provided with a detailed outline of how solar would benefit us and the timeline of how long it would take before we were actually 'making power'. Utilized a qualified architect to prepare design drawings and permit package. Appeared to have some staffing challenges both field and adminstrative. Selected ESP after Interviewing several solar installers due to strength of experience, advice and pricing.

Outstanding Installation at a Great Price

After reviewing bids from several other Solar Companies we decided to go with Energy Solution Providers. They were able to give us a completely unbiased opinion on what the best installation was for us. All the other were pushing a leased system with them as the beneficiary not us. They got the tax credit, they owned the system and they used my roof. When we figured out what the real cost was there was really only one company in the running. Our system works great, it is visible in real time for output and since they are local, I can call them and get answers immediately. They stay in touch and there really is Service After the Sale. Dave and crew are Awesome !

Good Job!

Dave came to our home and gave us a price for Solar. We liked the price and said go ahead. It was a busy time for instating solar so did take a little while before they started, but once started, did not leave the job until done. Dave was exceptionally good at always keeping us informed--and what REALLY impressed us--he informed us that the roof over our patio was badly in need of resealing--and if we purchased the seal, they would apply it for us! As my husband is 81, was so nice to not have to get up on the roof nor having to contact a roofer. They also asked for our extra house paint and painted the exterior electrical pipes. Thanks Dave for a job well done.

Excellent Company

We are so very happy with the product provided by this company. Dave is honest and a no-pressure businessman and the whole experience from start to finish was a pleasant one, almost like working with friends. The pricing was extremely fair compared to other quotes we received and Dave was great about following up with every step and letting us know where we were in the process. Even after the system had been installed, Dave still stopped by to make sure all of the equipment was functioning properly and to show us how to monitor the system. He has also stayed in contact with us, reviewing our electric bills, to make sure we are on the most beneficial plan. I highly recommend this company!

Solution for Home Electric Power (Reduce the Electric Bill)

This is the second system installed on this house by the same company. My first experience with Energy Solutions was excellent, that took care of all paperwork for city requirements and made all adjustments as required without property owner involvement. Met all Electric Company requirements and system was turned on with out any problems. If you are looking to install and own your own system Energy Solution Providers, I recommend, for quick and reliable service.

Well site

Owner Dave Haycock did an excellent job and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. He actually installed two systems: one for the well pump and another for the booster pump. Dave designed the well pump system so that it has no batteries to maintain or replace; the storage is in the form of a 5000 gallon water tank. When there is a call for water, the booster pump runs off of just 3 batteries. System has worked trouble-free since it was installed. I requested that there be no Chinese-made components and Dave accomodated me on that as well.

Energy Solution Providers, LLC is a great way to go!

After spending about a year reviewing a variety of solar companies, their products and their purchase and lease agreements, we made the choice to go with Energy Solution Providers, LLC. We purchased a 12 kWh system which included 80- 150w panels for our almost 3,000 sq. ft. single level home (family of 5, someone home all the time). Our purchase was made in 12/2014 so that we might be "grandfathered" in on SRP's prior rate plan. Dave Haycock was very informative and helpful in understanding the entire process and products we purchased. Reed and his crew, worked very hard in the worst kind of heat to get the job done. Our solar panels not only look pleasing on our roof top, but function very well. We started reaping the savings immediately. We have been very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Energy Solution Providers, LLC.
