Great to work with
Had a system installed years ago. They we're easy to work with, professional and flexible with my needs. System is still woulrking well and has come in handy numerous times during power failures. Would recommend.

Energy Design did an absolutely top-notch job. The sales person was also the technical manager and really knew his stuff having worked in the field for many years and with many different types of solar systems. The design staff that surveyed the site and came up with the detailed design were also very good - and the design was detailed enough for the installation staff and required no changes. The staff that actually did the installation were excellent - did it right the first time and were perfectionists in their work. One can`t go wrong with Energy Design.

I was extremely pleased with the technical performance of energy design. Their work saled thru the County and Power Company inspection with no required fixes.

We did have a problem in that the installers initially installed a few too many support-frame footings. However, the company worked with us to come up with a cost effective and quite satisfactory solution. The inspector was very impressed with the installaation.

I am not sure what you mean by purchase incentives. We got a $ 1 per kW rebate from our utility. We also got a USDA Energy grant for 1/4 of the cost. These two grants together made the project financially feasible for us.

Vince McClellan is the ideal contractor - very experienced and knowledgeable, thorough, careful, fair and personable. Our installation was highly praised by other contractors `What a clean installation!` `Wow, great work`, the same contractors who charge 20% more for their work. The rising costs of utilities have made hot water and small PV systems in Oregon wise investments with better long term return compared to a bond investment
