Got half the power I thought I was paying for!
All I will say now is ECS has a chance to make my system right according to what I ordered & paid for but only got half the power!
As a senior citizen & disabled veteran who still believes in a person's word & handshake, management has not impressed me one bit! And I would be happy to accept & will also pursue all avenues to get the solar system I thought was properly calculated out by their salesman, but turns out apparently off by half of what I was told I was buying!
I assume I need 19 more panels by judging by my electric bills & what I wanted to save & AND what I am actually saving!

Taking Legal Action
Well I left a review the other day about how bad this company is and received a threatening call from ECS today. This ladies advised that my review was not correct and that they are going to take legal steps to prosecute me for it. She wouldn't let me speak and advise to be quiet that she is talking, I hung up twice and she called back with letting me speak the third time. I advised that she needed to get her documentation correct that I had mine so they needed to do what they needed to do.

This company had unlicensed and maybe undocumented employees out doing there install. My unit was working fine until they install the ice cold ingredient and they didn't install the correct amount of insulation. I asked to get the techs hvac information but that advised it was an invasion of his privacy. WOW, I didn't know that people that has a stand up company wouldn't provide this??!!!! They are a sorry company to deal with and I would not suggest anyone to deal with them at ALL.

Still incomplete
Our installation remains incomplete, though we were charged the total amount as work began through the finance company. We thought the total wouldn't be charged until the work was completed. I QUITE distinctly remember the female salesperson stating we'd have until April of this year to pay, interest-free, but nope, we recently received notice that it was due at the beginning of March. Of course when they took longer to complete the project (actually never) we thought, at least at first that we'd have more time to pay for the non-working panels. Our electric bills have NOT gone down in any substantial way, not at all like other solar customers have experienced. I have called a guy from another solar company to come look at our system and diagnose what the problems are so we can get with our attorney. I've been distracted by caring for a family member with stage 4 cancer, but I've got to take time out to take care of this.

Unfinished business
We were not given a copy of the contract when we signed it, though we didn't realize it at first.
For the most part we were pleased with how the installation was going until the crew came to install the insulation in the attic. It was the first time that they had not gotten a permit from the Town. The installers cut most of the straps holding up the heating and air conditioning ducts in the attic. Some they simply removed, some they stapled back up, which is not up to code, and some they tied back up, also not up to code. They also put a nail into a wire leading to the control panel for the HVAC system. Additionally, the insulation was installed insufficiently in some areas of the attic. When we brought the problems of the cut straps and the pierced wire to the attention to the contact person at the company, nothing whatsoever was done and after a while they stopped responding to our calls, EVEN WHEN I WROTE TO TELL THEM THAT OUR POWER BILLS HAVE NOT BEEN SUFFICIENTLY REDUCED BY GOING SOLAR, ASKING THEM TO PLEASE COME CHECK THE SYSTEM. They never delivered our owners' manual, a promised "tent" for over the attic opening, light bulbs, a Nest thermostat, or the warranty. We consider the project incomplete because of these items that are lacking, and the fact that our power bill remains higher than we'd been led to believe it would be, as well as higher than our friends who have 'gone solar.' Additionally, we need to be reimbursed for the service calls and repairs we have had to pay for to correct the damage done by the workers sent by Energy Conservation NC to install insulation in our attic.

Very Satisfied with my purchase.
I'm really glad we called Energy Conservation Solutions to replace our leaky windows, and put in a new picture window. ECS installed windows and solar fan have made our winters and summers much more comfortable

Solar Plus Installation
ECS installed additional insulation in my attic and added 6 solar panels to my home. I am very pleased. If I could afford another 30 panels, I would have ECS install them.

Great Solar System
Estimated, Evaluated and installed Solar System on my home

Went as planned. Solar system size was estimated based on my needs and budget. House structure and electrical requirements were inspected for support of Solar System. Solar panels were installed as planned and professionally. Their follow-on support address my concerns as I have never had a Solar systems before. So far, solar system has reduce my electrical bill approximately by half. Reduction has been better than estimate.
