We couldn’t be more happy with our experience working with Ellensburg Solar! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. Ryan, the owner, runs an incredible company and made sure my parents felt confident every step of the way. Haley, the service manager, truly went above and beyond—her communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail were outstanding. And Greg, the electrical tech, did excellent work and made sure everything was done right and safely. It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in both their workmanship and customer service. We highly recommend Ellensburg Solar to anyone considering going solar—you’ll be in great hands!

They installed two arrays for us . The first in 2014, the second in 2019. We have experienced problems with the first array recently. Ellensburg solar won't return our repeated phone calls for repairs. We started contacting them three months ago. Not acceptable. Wray electric cane right out and fixed the problem. Wray said they get many calls from customers with E. S. installed systems. I would not recommend Ellensburg Solar. Go elsewhere.

The staff at Ellensburg solar are friendly and professional. Unfortunately my issues are with sub- par equipment that is consistently inoperable. My inverters have gone out at peak times, resulting in significant bottom line loss. Timely repairs due to staffing issues seems to be a common occurrence. Frustration to say the least!

These guys did exactly what they said they would and everything works better than I expected. I would not hesitate to have them do it again.

Ellensburg Solar did a fantastic job through the entire process, from initial cost estimates to completed installation. Communication was ongoing by email, text, and telephone. They handled all the paperwork and permits, they truly made the process easy for us. The crew that did the install showed up on time (actually a bit early) and stayed on task all day despite the high heat. From the get go they showed that they knew what they were doing and well versed on our project. We were very pleased with Ellensburg Solar in everyway and are now generating our own power, saving money and reducing our carbon footprint.

These people are awesome! They kept me up to date throughout the project, explained everything up front and quickly answered all my questions during the project and after completion. They installed 82 panels on the roof of my house and it looks great! The work they did is clean and tight.

With extensive experience in construction and electrical systems, I watched the installation by Ellensburg Solar of a 21,000 watt system. The mechanical installation crew did an excellent and very professional job. Straight, level and clean framework for the solar panels. The summertime proper angle for this area is 30 degrees - they were within .2 degrees of 30 - amazingly close. The electrical/panel crew worked carefully and did an excellent job. I cannot say too much on the professional results. Needless to say, the system passed the electrical inspection flawlessly.

I chose the local company after receiving multiple quotes from other companies throughout the state and price per watt was cheapest with them. Looking at their work around the valley it became apparent that this company did a great install on their systems and the amount of installs throughout Kittitas Valley speaks for itself.

Excellent experience! Every point of contact demonstrated great customer service. From our initial meeting, to a bid that was very competitive and fair, to staying informed as to where we were at in the process, to scheduling a special meeting when our ground did not allow for placement where we had originally discussed, to the installation, to the final closeout and explanation of the system. These guys are top notch and everything was as promised or better! We couldn’t have asked for anything to go smoother than it had. Sam was our point guy, and he was always gracious, timely with contacting us, and it was very apparent that he was dedicated to making sure our experience was everything we wanted it to be. Ryan became involved during the times necessary to make sure that everything went smooth. The front office staff was always good about keeping us informed and answering any questions we had in timely emails. Couldn’t be happier that we chose Ellensburg Solar as our provider. Even our inspector had great things to say about this company. What made it even better was that their bid was so much better than the other companies. Highest recommendation to this young group of guys! They know their business!

The installers came on time and finished before the end of the day with a 36 panel roof installation. This crew worked together with each other and every move that was made was a productive one. I was very impressed with their professionalism. When the electrical inspector came he made the statement that these guys do a really good job and that he never has a problem with their installations. When I need help with anything connected to my solar system I call my sale person SAM, he always responds quickly and comes right to the house when he is needed. As for incentives I have not received any just yet but feel assured they will come thru when all of the paper work gets together. I highly recommend this company.

The system that was installed has never worked correctly and they have not been at all responsive to our letters or calls. I hear we are not the only one. The system has never worked, never been repaired, never received the amount of rebates (not even close), never received the $$ that they offered for referrals (we referred 5 folks before we knew the system was a complete failure) Again, nothing, then they try to say it is partially our fault.... sorry, we didn't install the thing... only paid 40K for a system which has NEVER preformed at all. And after 3 years they finally met with us to go over the failures of the system.. At the time of this writing, it still has not been repaired. Update: The system has been repaired and additional panels installed, partially the reason we have never seen the rebates that we were supposed to get. At this time we appear to be online and the system working, but we are still out over 4K and probably more as we now have missed another year with a fully working system and with only a few years of rebates available it appears we will never see the amount outlined by the company.

We met Sam at the Spring Fair, he outlined the program, came and met with us and went over our PSE statement. Once again outlined the program. we talked to a neighbor that has had a system over a year, they said everything went exactly as planned for them and is working perfectly. We ordered the system, they got over here in a reasonable amount of time, and had it installed in one day, very professional install! These guys had all the proper equipment and trucks. I went to the office and met Ryan And Reagan, wonderful helpful people. Any time we have had a question with the paperwork and there is lots of it, Reagan already had it handled for us!!! What an easy business deal. our system is up and running, and in the first 3 days we sent 3 times as much electricity back to the grid as we used! This is a great program and you can't find more professional people to deal with.

Ellensburg Solar did a banging job. Did everything they said they would up to this point. Making power on my new 59 Panel system. Sam my sales guy was on point all the way. Even tolerated my questions by text quite frequently. The install crew was awesome. These guys know there business. Sam came out for my after install training and lined me up on the inverter web monitoring system. Very informative and easy to use. Thanks Sam!

Ellensburg Solar installed a 40 panel made in Washington system for me and am a very happy customer!! From start to finish they were both very informative and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone considering going solar!!

After speaking to many different solar companies I decided to use Ellensburg Solar. They are professional, answered all of my questions, the installation was quick and you could tell it is a company that cares about their work and product. From the surveys and installers to the office staff and owner they are all A+. Thank you for making my home more efficient!!!

My wife and I have been contemplating getting solar for several years. As we became more interested, I started getting much more aggressive in the area of researching the pro's and con's of such an endeavor. As each year came and went, we were certain of two things; we were always going to have an electric bill, and they were always going to get bigger! With this in mind, we interviewed 5 companies that could perform this task. After several days of interviews and on-site observations, my wife and I elected Ellensburg Solar to install our system. Our decision on Ellensburg Solar stemmed from the fact that their expertise is in installing solar and nothing else. My research pointed out how important it is to stick with a company that specializes in this area alone. When Ryan came to our home, I felt very comfortable with their knowledge and willingness to make this as painless as possible. They took care of all of the permit processes, and any additional paperwork. In no time at all, Ellensburg Solar had a wonderful crew leveling my pasture and building a beautiful structure for my new panels. These gentlemen were very courteous, friendly, and neat. There was never so much of a gum wrapper left on the premises! After PP&L powered up our system, Ellensburg Solar was there the same day to educate us on all safety and other related matters. Ryan did such a wonderful job on calibrating our system to our annual kilowatt usage. Our system was powered up 10 days before the deadline for the 2017 rebate. In that 10 day period we received a check for $335.00 for our output. For the 2018 year we're about to hit the $5,000 max rebate due July 1. My wife and I feel very blessed to have worked with Ellensburg Solar. Thanks to Ryan and his crew, we are no longer slaves to the electric company's constant desire to raise their prices. Once again, thank-you Ellensburg Solar!!!

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Ellensburg Solar. I had a 45 panel system installed. The crew got it done on two days and it looks great! They were able to answer every question I had. I highly recommend this company.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and helped explaining all of the paybacks, crew who installed the solar panels were very professional and the solar looks great on our house!

These guys were great. After using their website, they contacted me for a meeting to view my house and go over where the panels would be located and the incentives available. Within a month their workers were out and had my system (40 panels) installed in a day. PP&L has my net meter hooked up and everything is working!

Installation went well. The company did all supporting paperwork for PPL. Definitely would recommend

Sales rep never showed for our first scheduled appointment, and I had a friend who also took the time to be there, as she was interested in getting information. During installation, they broke my well pump, costing me thousands of dollars more than quoted and several days without water. Once my system was installed and approved by the power company, I ended up having to turn the system on myself, however the electrician on my job was very helpful and over the phone, walked me through this. I was never certain it was actually turned on correctly, though. I called the sales rep who was supposed to return and give me instructions after installation. Several days passed and no return call from him. I called again the next week. He returned my call, stating he was on vacation this week, (not the previous week when I initially called) and would return my call right when he returned to work. No problem. However, not only did he not return my call the next week when he returned from vacation, he NEVER returned my call. Approximately 4 months went by, and I was still unsure whether my system was really working. It was winter time by then. I called the fellow AGAIN in the spring, left a message, and again NEVER HEARD BACK after several days of waiting. Not even a call to acknowledge that I was asking for the follow up training. I contacted the electrician again. The electrician was kind enough to suggest I call the owner. The owner seemed very helpful, and was willing to come and walk me through my solar power system, but by that time, toward the end of the school year, I did not have any available days to meet with him due to my hectic schedule. He told me just to get ahold of him whenever I had time. I texted him a week ago, and have not heard back from him at all. An employee of the Net Metering program at Pacific Power spent FAR more time explaining what she could over the phone than Ellensburg Solar has. I had 70 panels installed, maybe a small job for this company but it was a huge decision for me to do this. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the very poor service to their customers. I have not and will not recommend them to anyone else who is thinking about solar power. Here I am with a system I don't really understand, months after installation. Wish they were not paid until they met their end of the bargain. Paperwork states under Ellensburg Solar LLC Responsibilities "train you on your new system". I completely understand if they are busy or on vacation, but to never even get a reply from them is terrible service.

I did my research and Ellensburg Solar looked like the best so I went with them. They were very knowledgeable and everything went smoothly and I love making my own power now.
