So regret going with this company. Sales representative was also taken advantage of along with the installers. It’s been almost a year now I have solar panels on my home that create an ice dam, I have solar panels on my Garage that still have not been hooked up! The city of Wyoming has a problem contacting them as well. I have a hole in my awning from their installation, the manager has no professional communication. Warning do not use this company no matter what state you’re in!!!

So far, after three weeks of waiting for the installers to return, I have solar panels both in my driveway and on the roof. I have batteries and wires in my carport. What if they get stolen? Am I supposed to make a large payment to my electric company and the payment to EnFin in September? I just wish my agent would return my calls and give me some answers.

What a horrid experience! The salesman straight up lied about nearly everything! Now I’m stuck fighting to have this terrible non functioning system removed from my home. There are plenty of other quality solar companies in TX and I regret going with them bc they had a low price. Don’t do it
