Chris installed our system in the spring of 2021. He is the owner of the company and we dealt directly with him. He is straightforward, doesn't overpromise, and fully explained the process. The actual installation is the easy part and took 2 days. The- the hard part - which took 2-3 months, and is beyond Chris's control - is the regulatory / utility approvals and inspections. Chris kept us well informed and managed the whole process as part of his service. The panels look great - clean, totally black, with all wires hidden. We are very happy with Eco Solar and completely recommend them with no hesitation.

Chris did a great job, especially and handling all the paperwork and coordination necessary for installation. He kept us informed every step of the operation. Very pleased and highly recommend.

In addition to great performance, my wife and I wanted our solar system to look attractive. Chris worked closely with us as we considered different layouts, and he climbed our roof to personally measure and ensure our layout would fit between a number of existing roof penetrations. Chris’s microinverter installs are state-of-the art and, for us, provided the best long term return on investment. Chris led the installation crew. He and his team were on time and professional, including cleaning up the job site thoroughly. He has also been easily accessible as I’ve had follow up questions during my first year with the system. We considered other vendors, but Chris was most receptive to our wish list and some of the vendors rely on satellite photos rather than in-person measurements. One of the national vendors was very pushy, which was a turn off. Overall we would highly recommend Chris and EcoSolar Solutions if you are considering a solar install.

After reviewing several solar bids for our house in Ocean CIty, MD, I am very happy that I chose Eco Solar Systems. Chris is a very professional, informed owner/installer. He met with us onsite prior to choosing Eco Solar Solutions, and answered every possible question we had about the solar install. He handled all of the local permitting, filed our tax credit applications, and set us up with a good SREC trader. There are many installers in our area but I haven't seen any others with the quality of work as eco-solar. Highly professional and looks amazing when done. Whole process was very simple and installed in 1.5 days. I had some extra considerations beyond the normal and they accommodated them without a hitch. Would definitely recommend. Chris was always personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful even during the 6 month "thinking period" before we actually purchased. He had everything set up for us and made the process smooth and extremely easy.

Price was right on for national averages, whereas other competitors quoted us far higher. There was no haggling or pressure to upbuy. Chris was happy to adjust system size to our wants / budget. Install coordination was a little hectic only due to multiple visits that had to be scheduled. Solar, electrician, bge, overzealous local inspector. Little to no fault on their part. The panels and install itself looks fantastic, flat black, no wires or cabling visible from street, the grid system also black so it blends with the roof quite well. Filling out forms for state/fed was easy with help by an install packet and multiple prompt emails.

I was very pleased with how Chris handled the entire process. He was courteous and professional. He took his time to explain some things I didn’t initially understand. Installation was timely, the panels look great and the 97% reduction in my electric bill isn’t too shabby either. I’m a retiree looking to cut costs. This investment was a no brained.

I've had the system on for over a year now, and have not had an electric bill since then. The system works flawlessly, and I couldn't have asked for better install. I'm a hands on type, and had loads of questions, and Chris was super easy to work with. He was always available to explain everything thoroughly - when, where, and how. From the inception of my thought of solar electricity, I said why not. So I decided to start small, thus a 5KW system. I did some shopping around and found solutions where upfront costs were minimum but terms of use was not desirable which turned out to be a long term loan. I rather own my system and not pay a third party my electricity savings. After additional searching, I found Chris at Eco-Solar Solutions. I wanted a solar solution to meet my needs and not break my budget. Eco-Solar Solutions was able to provide me with a flexible solution. After an initial visit for an inspection of roof area and sun views Chris was able to provide a proposal in a very clear manner, spelling out the system components and other cost saving that I could take advantage of. Eco-Solar Solutions pretty much was a one stop shop, all the necessary forms, permits, applications were handled by Eco-Solar Solutions with little participation from me. After a down payment of hardware, Eco-Solar Solutions was able to immediately purchase the hardware which was available from a local distributor without the need for long waiting times. Eco-Solar Solutions was able to work around my pets and access the desired roof area from the oppose side of the house. Eco Solar employed very professional installers that were pleasant to talk with and provided info on what exactly they were doing. I like to be inform of everything. There were only 4 times access to inside my house was necessary where I had to take a few hours off from work to allow access. All other times I did not need to be at home. Eco-Solar Solutions subcontracts the electrician work to a licensed electrician. They were able to work around my current electrical panels and generator circuit and were informative of what they were doing. For me I like to know, but it is not necessary for them, they just do the work and have the power company inspect the final hookups. Eco-Solar Solutions also gave me the opportunity to shingle my roof in the area where the panel would be installed and were also able to quote a price for entire roof, although I elected not to do shingling, and there was no pressure imposed to convince me otherwise. Once all component were install Eco-Solar Solutions was able to setup the Control box that monitors the output voltage of each panel/inverter. This info is transmitter over WiFi in my house to a central facility that also monitors system performance. Then we were ready to flip the master switch and start producing POWER! Eco-Solar Solutions was able to see that each panel was working correctly. Unfortunately, the approval from the power company was still in the que for approval, but in only a couple of weeks, I received the authorization to once again flip the master switch to on. Throughout the entire time Chris from Eco-Solar Solutions kept me abreast of what was happening. After a short period, Chris notified me that an Inverter was not working properly (by his ability to remotely monitor the system) and was able to arrange visit to replace it. To date Eco-Solar Solutions still provides informative emails on system status from time to time. An indication they have great regard for their customers. The overall experience with Chris and his staff at Eco-Solar Solutions was very “down to the earth” The process only required me to sign a few forms, provide payment and then I could reap the benefits of Solar Electricity. And talking of benefits, such as lower electric bills and a firm that sells the total electricity produced on the stock exchange of sorts and I receive dividends. So, if you are looking for a professional job with low stress, affordable solutions, I would HIGHLY recommend Eco-Solar Solutions.

I looked around for nearly a year before I decided to go with Eco solar Solutions and I am very glad I did. All the other companies were pushy, more expensive and tried to sell on sales gimmicks. Chris at Eco Solar was honest, upfront and very easy to deal with. He worked with me to get the best solution for my house. When it turned out the initial plan was not going to work because the county had recently changed the fire code, he found a solution using higher wattage panels for only slightly higher cost. After the installation, there was a manufacturer's problem with the inverters, but I was always kept up to date with status of the return and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. Chris (owner of Eco-Solar Solutions) came to our home and thoroughly explained how the system works. He worked out every detail designing an array that would be most efficient for our home. He installed 42 Winnaco 285W panels (well made panels) and 42 micro inverters. We spoke to several other contractors to get ideas and prices. Chris' knowledge of solar energy was very impressive and his price extremely reasonable. During the installation, the workmanship was meticulous and professional. Chris worked close with us throughout the whole process. From explaining the solar concept to getting final approval, state tax refund and applying for SRECS. Eco Solar Solutions installed a 7.75kw system for me back in June of 2014. It actually has preformed better than what was considered "typical" for my location. Chris offers a turnkey solution to going solar. All of the paperwork was handled by him and the installation was what I expected it to be. Let me start by saying I was very pleased with my solar install. I had a 12.5kw system installed on my roof (50 panels) with enphase micro inverters. The original pricing didn't include renting a crane to get the panels on my house but with the steep pitch it was soon realized it was needed. Eco Solar still honored are orginal contract and keep my price the same though they incured an additional cost for crane rental. I was very impressed at the proffesional job performed and care of the install. System has been working great since oct. 2013 and chris was able to help me through all the paperwork for my rebates and solar credits. I would highly reccomened Chris at Eco Solar Solutions to anyone.

I work for a charter school in PA, and we have been working to make the campus more green. With a small grant we received, Chris and the guys from Eco Solar Solutions were able to get us started with a small stand alone system. They quickly installed the system and even educated the students about what they were doing as the process was taking place. They were professional and completely knowledgeable about every aspect. We are currently using them to expand our solar project!

I have nothing but good to say about ECO SOLAR. Chris has bent over backwards to make sure we knew everything about solar. He took care of all the permits and paper work.
