Cross Atlantic Solar

My system was installed very well with great customer service

My husband and I have waited for a few months to write this review. For starters we are very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff; what they promised they delivered, on time and perfectly executed. The staff from the CEO to the installers helper were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely pleasant. We highly recommend the company, their staff and their products. Congratulations on a job well done.

Awesome

We interviewed numerous companies, but Cross Atlantic was the most informative and reasonable. They were efficient and prompt and to a person the nicest, most considerate and animal friendly staff. Inspectors said it was the “cleanest” installation they had seen.

Cross Atlantic solar system do not appreciate your customer

The last step of my proyect was completed (FPL meter) 2 weeks ago called you guys several times and I was told they will call me back and never did. Still waiting for my system to be activate it very disappointing.

Excellent Experience

I am very happy with my experience with Cross Atlantic Solar. The were professional, kept me informed of progress with the job, were always ready to answer every question, and fully explained what was happening as the job progressed. There were no delays in scheduling the work, other than permitting and the weather, which were of course outside of their control. The work went very smoothly. They listened to my needs and concerns and suggested solutions to design problems I didn't anticipate. I highly recommend the company.

Excellent

Katherine, was very patient and knowledgeable with products and offered option to accommodate our needs!!!

Sad to say they don’t value their word or the client.

Found them on Facebook, Salesman told us what we wanted to hear... promised short project install time and a big savings! LIES!!!!

Great work

Cross Atlantic Solar has a great reputation for quality installation

Pending Review

CAS is making the efforts to make my experience better thus far and have offered to add more panels to make my bill low. This review is pending because I have been told that they will schedule me this coming week. I will finalize this review with my complete experience come Monday.

Just had my system completely installed am anticipating my first

It wasn't easy finding a company that is hands on. I visited 3 companies and Cross Atlantic Solar was the only one that seemed like a real solar company with workers comp. Company trucks, building, design center etc. Check em out. Highly recommend them.

Do not buy from CAS!!

We are 7.5 months in and our system is still not working properly. Oh and of course CAS demands you pay in full or they accuse you of stealing their equipment. So, they have my money, I have equipment that doesn’t work. Run away fast from Cross Atlantic Solar!!

Great experience

From start to finish a wonderful experience dealing with Cross Atlantic Solar on our $50k Solar project. Their customer service and attention to detail is why I would highly recommend Cross Atlantic Solar to all of my friends.

5 Star Solar Company

Cross Atlantic Solar just completed our solar installation at our home in Boynton Beach. Everything from conception to final day of install went extremely well. The crew was professional, knowledgable, and managed minimal interruption to our daily routines. Our energy specialist did a terrific job explaining the entire process clearly and helped us manage our goals efficiently! Thank you Cross Atlantic Solar, we will be referring our friends and family to you for sure.

Review

I have used Mark Langley for all of my solar needs for decades. He installed a whole house solar water heater, as well as 2 pool solar heating systems for me. The first pool solar lasted for about 16 years before I had to replace it - the whole house is still in perfect condition after 26 years! They stand behind their work and I have followed Mark to each company he has gone to (now owns this one) as he is a solid, professional man of his word. He takes pride in his business and I am lucky to have found him!

Best Solar Install Experience

We were very happy with our installation experience with CAS. In fact, their pricing and professionalism was so positive, we put solar on our rental home as well with them. Putting solar on both homes was a no brainer, especially when you live in the Sunshine State. So glad Cross Atlantic Solar did ours as they are professional, on time, respected our property, made the layout of panels look nice and be most efficient, well, the list goes on. Mark has a great team working with him. Thank you to Shane and Melissa as well for coordinating and installing. There is much to do when putting on solar. So thank you for getting it done and helping us save money and reduce our footprint on this beautiful earth we live on. I fully recommend Cross Atlantic Solar.

Energy efficiency and solar install

Outstanding product and installation. Complete total home energy efficiency solution. Great customer service.

Replaced Older Solar Hot Water System

Very well done job! New installation required some complicated re-plumbing and removal of existing tank and panel..all done with good care and safely. Much appreciated!

Parkland Customer

The information provided was complete and very transparent. They were extremely cautious as to making sure the information given was accurate and truthful, unlike others that came to the house. The price was fantastic and the options were very attractive
