It hs been years since we had solar installed by CE. Great product. good results. After all these years we changed internet service and needed some help getting our system reporting. We have not had reporting since October of 2023. Our calls to Creative Energies ended with a need to replace two 'Emphase' modules at a price of over $1300. There was no attempt to be willing to help, without getting a service fee. This is a simple reset since this all occurred after switching to Xfinity. After years of recommending them...I can no longer do so. All the installation and product kudoes asside...service is still the reason we should support a company. They simply said...sorry...you are out of warranty. There is a 10 year warranty...... so why no service!

Our power bills began to get larger. The installing company no longer existed so after some research I found Creative Energies. I called for help and Justin came within a day. He evaluated our problem and said that our Solar Edge unit was not working. Justin told us that it was covered under warranty and got it replaced very quickly. Our system continues now after 9 months to be working at 100%. Justin was professional, straight forward,, and communicated very well with us to help us understand the issue. Creative Energies and Tom Mills, specifically, were dialed in to my concerns with putting solar on my home in a wooded area. They were more interested in determining what the best solution would be, even if that meant NOT installing solar. Other companies are more interested in originating a loan than helping home owners go green in an economical way. If I'm going to be connected to a company for 25 yrs, I want to be connected to an ethical company like Creative Energies with Tom Mills as the person I get to work beside.

Our home is in a pretty remote part of southern Utah, and Creative Energies was willing and able to work with us here. They also had to deal with a local power company not particularly receptive to solar. The project manager worked his way through these challenges successfully. Once we got to the installation, the installers were competent and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I initially worked with Justin to transfer my system from my original service provider (Synergy Power) after their assets were sold and the new company would not service our system (ARGH!!!). Justin was great to work with while we investigated communication issues, which were quickly diagnosed and resolved through his guidance. Afterwards, I worked with Con to coordinate the removal and re-installation of one of our panels so some repairs could be made to our home in the area near the panel. Con was also great as we coordinated around three different contractor schedules to get the home repairs completed and the panel re-installed. I will continue to work with Creative Energies if/when we need their assistance.

Everything was absolutely trouble free. Very smooth. Tom Mills was very professional and helpful in understanding all aspects of the project. Communications were thorough and appointments kept.

I started looking into solar as a first-time homeowner in 2020 and Creative Energy was recommended by multiple sources. Tom Mills met with me on several occasions to discuss some unique challenges to successful implementation on our home and was able to guide me through the process, which was finally finished earlier this year. They were patient, professional and came through in every way. Since installation, the company has circled back multiple times to make sure the system is working as intended. They installed our Solar Panel and Battery System last year. It was a simple turn key operation. This winter our panels were covered with snow most of the season. When the snow melted (finally got some sun), one of the panels had numerous cracks. We aren't sure what happened. CE was very responsive to my call and fixed it in a timely manner. Our inverter fried and both the company we purchased through and the installer have both gone under. I reached out to Creative Energies and they responded quickly, handled the warranty claim and installed our new inverter in January. We were amazed they got it done with such a crazy winter. We're up high in Draper and conditions were less than ideal. They are a great company, honest and hassle free. I hope to not have any more issues but I will happily use them if any arise.

My Solar wasn’t working. The original installer went out of business. Creative Energies took over got the parts warrantied and I’m producing energy again. They were awesome, professional and prompt.

I put off installing solar for a long time based on second hand horror stories from other people. Creative Energies did a seamless job installing my solar panels. They have been up on our roof now for several years and I hardly notice them. I do notice lower energy bills though, and that is nice perk and good for the environment as well.

Creative Solar gave me an excellent bid on a top line solar system for my house and garage, plus updating my 80-yr-old electrical supply. They more than beat the competition. The installation was flawless. Special compliments to the crew who were quick and left a clean, well placed set of panels, meters and hookups. They are just what I needed to bring everything up to the current code. It looks beautiful and everything works perfectly. It has been powering the house since August and accumulating a little surplus for the snowy days. It added to the value of my home well beyond the final cost . They also helped coordinate a solar credit to the renewable power program at the Univ. of Utah. A top quality, professional job well done.

I received bids from multiple companies and requested one from Creative Energies because someone I know had used their services. After reviewing the bids side by side, I found that Creative Energies had one of the lowest prices and were offering higher quality products than the other bidders. The installation crew that worked on my house was very polite and respectful. After they left, I found a small hole in the wall of my garage that wouldn't have been easily visible to the installer from outside, and it was fixed quickly. There was only one problem with the installation. Due to a miscommunication, the wrong inverter was installed, and I didn't notice the difference. Someone at Creative Energies was reviewing my project and noticed it, and the correct inverter was installed right away. Overall, I have been very happy with the quality of the work and the willingness of the employees to provide excellent service.

Creative Energies was very helpful explaining how our solar power system would work. We got a few competing bids. Creative Energies had the best prices. The employees were helpful throughout the entire process. We have already recommended them to our neighbors.

Real professionals who got the install done quickly. I love looking at how much power I'm producing on my phone app. The price I paid was half almost half what (name deleted) would have charged me.
