Update with CKR Solar
My experience with CKR Solar started off rocky due to delays and lack of communication, but I’m glad to say things have recently taken a turn for the better. Chris Rollit reached out personally, and along with the new coordinator, Linden, has been incredibly responsive and committed to resolving the issues. I appreciate their willingness to step in and make things right.

CKR exceeded all expectations
CKR Solar was excellent from start to finish. I was skeptical of all solar because there are so many bad players, some even scammers. Action speaks louder than words and CKR Solar constantly did exactly what they said they would do. I worked with Iain King and he quickly gained my trust by being informative in language I understood. He let me talk to his other customers so I could hear about their experiences and I could ask them questions, that was a big deal to me! He explained the process and contract until I was comfortable. The timeline for install went as planned. The only slight hold ups were waiting for the permit and a couple days of rain. No big deal. The install crew was diligent, hard working and super clean. Once our permit was inspected, about a day after installation, I was up and running. Last month I received my first FPL invoice that “flat-lined”, only $33 which is cost of the meter I did not pay for any kilowatts. I have 2 connected properties and both are on CKR solar. Even with a loan on the panels and equipment, I’m paying less per month than just one of my properties FPL bills and I know exactly what that will be each month; I don’t have to wonder about the rising cost of energy. I don’t have adequate words to describe the value of a trust-worthy solar partner. Iain King and his team have earned my trust. If I ever buy another house without solar, I’ll be calling CKR solar; after all, I have them in speed dial. I wanted Solar to stabilize my energy costs for my upcoming retirement. I started talking to Kin Homes Solar. It was a bad experience. I compared Kin to CKR and determined that CKR could save me about 45%. So happy I found CKR.

I have a 7.5 system KW that is it produces approximately 50 KW a day 20 panels my monthly bill so far $27.71 I'm paying on my bill now that's all taxes just to be connected to the grid

Great service! They actually care.
Iain King and his team at CKR solar were not pushy at all. They made sure we were informed and comfortable with our decision. They were a pleasure to work with. So happy that I have a direct contact for my solar guys instead of a company line where they could shuffle me between departments until I get lost in the mix. That won't happen with these guys! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Thank goodness for CKR!
Ian from CKR is an amazing resource for all things solar. He sold us our solar system when he was with a different company and still answers any questions that I have. That’s amazing customer service! It’s crazy, but the new solar company that we have is not very knowledgeable about solar and it isn’t easy for me to track down the answers to question that I have. So I reached out to Ian- he answered all of my questions, gave me his new contact info and told me he is still available to help me anytime I need it!! If you are looking to go with solar I highly recommend talking to Ian. 5 stars!!

I met Iain King and was very impressed with his honest and knowledgeable demeanor and attitude. I had been considering a solar power installation for a while. After his presentation, I decided to proceed and signed a contract that same day. Our system was fairly large. (63 panels). We have two Tesla cars that need to get charged at home. The installation took several months to finally get installed but was worth the wait. My first full month with the system resulted in an FPL bill of $29.96 - ZERO POWER COST. Just the minimum fee to be connected to the grid!! We started to see a small FPL bill from Nov until Mar due to shorter length of daylight. Nevertheless, the bills stayed quite low - never over $180. Even with charging 2 EV’s. We are very happy with our choice to go Solar. Iain was ALWAYS there for us when we had questions about anything. FIVE STAR RATING.

In a word “Professionalism”
If you’re considering Solar, look no further, CKR is the one to choose. From our initial meeting with Ian, to the final inspection, the level of professionalism we experienced with CKR is just something you don’t see much these days. They walked us through every step of the way. When there were unforeseen delays (there always are in any industry) they kept us informed and updated. The owner, Chris, was at our home during the install (almost the ENTIRE time) answering questions and getting to know us. It was somewhat sad when they were done because we had gotten to know the CKR team and really liked them. There are so many examples of what they did right, it’ll be easier to say what they did wrong. NOTHING! I mean it! There are few opportunities when you spend this kind of money but never have we made such a large purchase and walked away feeling like we were taken care of. That is, until we did business with CKR. Again, if you’re even just thinking about Solar, give CKR a call, you won’t be disappointed!

Good Product, Great Service and Professional Work
CKR Solar did a very good professional service and installation. Steve who has taken care of installation from day one till completion of certification from county was more attentive and responsive. He always reverted to my calls. The owner Chris came in person to explain their process and was available on the day of installation at home to ensure things are good. The Canadian panel which they installed and Enphase micro inverter are of good quality. The electrician Jose did a neat work by keeping the wires inside the attic. CKR providing RETE service for getting IRS benefits. Their referral benefit programs are good. End to end completely satisfied with CKR solar installation.

Worth the wait!
Chris was very helpful in upgrading my electrical box and getting a quality solar product on my roof. Although ,the energy company was slow to accept my permitting and there were unforseen delays, Chris made everything right. Including paying two months of my bill while waiting for the Solar to be turned on.

The Company you can Trust - CKR Solar !
They have done a wonderful job on all the processes starting from getting the approvals from HOA, Electric board - TECO, Sales Consultancy, Installation, and after Service. The processing time they took to install and get them turned on was also very quick. They have been informing me about the step-by-step process and giving timely updates. The installation of panels was very clean and neat. Due to that I got the approvals very quickly from TECO and started producing the power. Now the system is up and running to date. The Sales person/team often called me to check how the system works and keep asked me for any issues or support - that is the team you need. CKR is the team - where you can trust for after support.
