Friendly and Professional at a Reasonable Price

After about a month owning the system I can say that I am an extremely satisfied customer. The solar panels are working above my expectations as far as output and the installation was quick and efficient. They used high quality and efficient monocrystalline panels. No cut corners. A quality install. The entire process from the initial visit to my house to the installation was smooth. I would definitely recommend Circle L Solar to friend or family. Not foe.

We had Circle L solar install solar panels for home and are very satisfied with the process. we have not had them in but a few weeks so don't really know of the true benefits of it. We are excited to find out. we also received blown foam insulation and new windows so that has really helped us a lot already. Circle L Solar just installed our solar system and we couldn’t be more pleased with their service. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and by the end of our visit every question we had was answered. The installation crew were awesome – wow did they work efficiently – left no mess anywhere – and were friendly and helpful even though we may have hovered a bit. New install

Just completed my solar install! The sales rep who came to the house was awesome, she went through everything with me and followed up to make sure all phases of the installation stayed on track! The installers were outstanding, really knew their business and 100% professional. I will give this 5 stars after I see how it works, so far everything is great though. The only negative is the office staff who I thought could have been more responsive however, I definable dealt with much worse places. Can't wait to see the savings now! No regrets here....

Circle L Solar...where to start...Getting solar installed was an awesome stress-free experience for us; most importantly, we never felt pressured at all. They were very matter-of-fact and left the decisions up to us without being pushy. Our sales rep, Craig Melton was phenomenal. He was super friendly and very easy to talk to regarding the whole process. Very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of their scope of work; he did a fantastic job of explaining every question we had (even though we probably asked some of the same questions multiple times). He spent a few hours at our house (later in the evening to accommodate our work schedules) going over a complete energy efficiency assessment package for our 97 year old house. We ended up getting a new AC unit, spray-in attic insulation, attic radiant barrier and a 5.5 KW solar kit installed. Everything went perfectly...Circle L took care of all permits and inspections. Install went super quick. Communication was wonderful - Griselda and Charity from the office were always keeping us up to date with each step of the way. We have recommended Circle L to many of our family and neighbors and will continue to. This is a great company and we will definitely call them when we build our next house.

They not only installed solar but they put in a duct to covered porch and insallation R32 in attic and installed 2 ac/ gas heater units in attic and outside/ sealed all windows and doors! After done it only took one day for electric company to come and inspect and install a meter ! This is all because of Angie McComb

I was very happy with my overall experience with Circle L Solar. Everything moved very quickly and was installed well. Though I had to wait on my own electric company to do their part, my HOA (which is terrible!) was all handled by Circle L.

Had circle L Solar come out for sales pitch. Representative Angie McComb came out and spent 2 hours w us. She answered every question completely and insured that we understood. Other companies came out and did not. Angie even left us a written copy of everything she told us. Again, others did not. We signed with her and were pleasantly suprised with every one of the workers on site and the project managers, Tabitha and Charity at the office. The workers explained everything they did and even encouraged questions, which they completely answered. They even ate lunch while they were working. We even got a new circuit breaker panel, new water heater and new HVAC system, all of which were top of the line. Very happy with this company and All their personnel. Would I recommend them? Most definitely.

We have gone solar and we are loving it!!

We had Angie Mccomb come over and do an energy audit. She recommended replacing our HVAC and adding solar. Best decision we have made. We live in Garland and are with Garland Power Light and this was our only hope of escaping raising energy rates.

Residential Home Install

Our goal was to make our home more energy efficient. Angie with Circle L came to our house and went over the big issues we had and talked us through the process of what Circle L does and gave us a quote. All the work was handled very professionally, done very well, and has already made a huge difference in our utility bill. We got new windows, insulation, new HVAC system, and a 2KW solar panel system on the roof. Very blessed by this company and would recommend it to everyone to look into and have a representative come and talk to them about their home.

This process has been totally hassle free. Angie came to my home gave me a very informative prestentation with numbers that made sense to me. I started the ball rolling the same day and now a month later I can see what my system is producing every minute of every day. Can't wait for my first small electric bill.

Service and Installation

I am very satisfied for the service provided by Circle L members. Angie and her assistant came to my home and evaluated the areas that we needed to improved in order to get a lower energy bill. Angie analyzed my home and gave a quote that left us very happy and more knowledgeable about solar panels. The technical team came in to install as planned and finished all the work in time. Solar installed

I am very impressed with the salesmanship of Seth Wells. He is very knowledgeable young man. He helped walked us though all the paperwork, all my fears and concerns were addressed as best as he could. The work crew that came out to install the solar panels were very professional and addressed my concerns about holes in my roof. They did a great job and cleaned up all the debris when they were done.

I have already seen the improvements in my energy bill. The only difficult part is getting city approval, but circle L helps you through the process.

Great company!

We visited with Circle L Solar at the Sanger Sell-abration recently. We completed a free energy assessment with Angie a couple weeks ago. We found that we needed a new AC unit, new water heater, insulation in our attics, new windows/doors, and wanted to get some solar panels. We knew most of this stuff needed replacing already, so we decided to move forward. We are scheduled to have our windows measured on Monday, along with the insulation and attic fan being put in. Angie has been extremely responsive!

An unexpected surprise

At first I was only looking to get my attic fans replaced. When Tyler called me he said they only install solar attic fans. Once we began to talk I told him how I've been trying to make my house energy efficient and all that's left is the attic/roof. At this point I had already priced the cost of a radiant shield and blown in insulation from a few other companies. He offered a deal that was cheaper than all other quotes I received, and it included the solar fans. I was shocked. So I saw Circle L Solar was a reputable company and invited Tyler over. We went over the details and I was satisfied with everything I saw on paper. The small crew showed up about a week later and installed the solar attic fan, thermal reflective insulation (radiant barrier) in the attic, and r-60 blown in insulation. The quality of the work was outstanding. As a DIY'er I pride myself on how things look when they are finished. Not only do I believe I couldn't have done it better myself, but no one else could have. it was fantastic. Before doing this work my house could only reach 20 degrees below outside temperature. In August when the temperature outside was 105 degrees, my house held at 78, and my electric bill dropped. I couldn't be happier. I'm recommending them to all my friends and co-workers. I don't think there is another company out there that can beat their professionalism, quality of work, and price.

Great model - Great Service

Still in the process, phase 2, which was upgrading one of the existing AC units. The subcontractor came out on July 3rd and did the install, did a great job... however, after they had left and I went outside to check it all out, even though it looked great, it was the wrong one. We'd talked about a 16 Seer, dual stage Frigidaire unit (as best value, efficiency vs cost) and talked about substituting something equivalent, but this was a 14 Seer Goodman unit. It was the 4th of July so I didn't call that day, and dreaded the call. The 5th of July, I was taking my daughter out for the day, and I KNEW the call was going to be terrible, so I didn't call that day either, so that I wouldn't be upset all day on our outing. The 5th, I called Angie, our Salesperson, and she got back to me right when she said she would, asked what was up. I told her that the unit they installed wasn't the one we talked about, and that the one they put in wasn't really equivalent either. (And that the blower that was installed was so loud it sounded like a dialtone when the AC ran.) Her immediate response was "Don't worry, I'll handle it." That was the end of the call. An hour later, she called back and said they'd ordered the Frigidaire unit, and would probably be calling this next week to set up a time to install it if that was ok - she made sure we were't without air conditioning or anything. Amazing service, you just don't get that very often anymore.

Recommended

We had solar panels installed, a new HVAC system, new hybrid water heater, and new thermostat. We aren't switched over to our new provider yet, so we don't know what the savings are or what they will be, but I wanted to say that the folks at Circle L Solar have been easy to work with, everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. We're looking forward to leaving a smaller footprint and having smaller utilities in the near future. I highly recommend Circle L Solar for their professional attitudes and patience.

My husband, Bill Parks and myself Joyce, have been extremely happy with Circle L. The first month we had the solar panels it had been a very cloudy month. I was concerned about what our electric bill would run. When the bill came it was less then half of what it usually ran. I was very pleased. And I cannot say enough about the people we dealt with. From Angie and Tony who came and gave us all the information on the system to the installers, the plumber, and the electrician. Everyone was very good at their job. They were very well informed about their job. And you couldn't ask for anyone to be nicer. We are very impressed and pleased with Circle L Solar.

Well, it's been a month...

And I can't wait to see the electric bill!!!!!! Since the installation on 4-5-2017, we have only used FEC'S ELECTRIC four times!!!! These Circle L solar folks cannot be bragged on enough. Professional install, great service, almost no electric bill...YEEEE-HAAAAAW!

We own our own Electricity

We just had our solar installed last week and I couldn't be more happy . Angie Mccomb was our represnantive and has been with us every step of the way . On day of install , Angie came back over . She brought the guys drinks . They had been working for hours and were so great. That day was so windy and cold but the guys just buckled down and got the job done. They showed me how to work the inverter , so I can flip on my system after encore comes out . We have been wanting solar for quite a long time and we are thrilled to own our own electricity !
