Very professional and informative

I had the pleasure of meeting with Jared hutton . He was very knowledgeable about the solar panels and why it may be a good fit for my home. He discussed the benefits of having the solar panels and the big take away for me was saving money. I love the low monthly payments way more than my 200-300 light bill .

Have had a negative electric bill since solar installation.

We are very happy with not only choosing to go solar but going with Circle L Solar especially with Jared H. Great communication and customer service. Jared was always available and was quick to respond to my texts. There has been follow ups made by a few different people in the company to make sure everything was installed and working as it should. Anytime Jared is in the neighborhood he messages or stops by to make sure we are good. Once solar was installed and we had to switch electric companies, which Jared did with us, the only thing we had to pay was our loan. Our electric bill has been negative ever since. The app they gave me isn't in sync so the numbers don't make sense. A tech was sent right away and checked our system and installation which is all good. So the app doesn't really matter. 6 months of no electric bill so far, we are happy. Circle L Solar rocks! And of course so does Jared!!!

Our experience With Circle L Solar was amazing. The very first time Jared Hutton knocked on our door he was so down to earth easy to talk with. I am not one for pushy sales people and he was NOT at all. Which I appreciated. He explained everything so detailed to where I understood. And even on things I didn’t understand... he kept explaining until I did. He made everything smooth and easy. Zero Follow Up and Poor communication

From not installing the specified amount of blown insulation to not properly ensuring the solar system installed was operational. Circle L solar does not follow up in a timely manner nor do they care about the customer after the sale has been made. I have emailed Circle L owners and management several times. I only have received responses from the project manager that has been part of the problem to begin with.

Amazing Experience, Solar Plus Energy Efficient Options

My experience with Circle L Solar was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. I actually got estimates from 2 additional Solar Companies and Circle L Solar exceeding all my expectations. My rep Casey Ostigin was professional and very knowledgeable. He recommended not just Solar, but a radiant barrier for my attic, that would make my home more energy efficient. Casey, stayed in contact with me throughout the process. When the team came to install the radiant barrier and solar, they were on time and very professional. It even started to rain a little bit, and the guys kept working. My Solar was turned on mid November, and saw results in my first bill! The radiant barrier is nothing short than amazing. My house (I have about 3400 sq ft two story) maintains a steady temperature. I highly recommend Circle L Solar, they exceeding my expectations in all areas.

Truly the best!

I can't speak highly enough of Circle L Solar in Houston and specifically of Casey Ostigin. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he makes himself accessible every step of the way, any concerns or questions. His service doesn't end at the sale, which can be a rare quality these days. We're thrilled with our new solar system (love not having to pay electrical bills anymore!). Thank you Casey and Adam Birdsong (ProjectManager) for a great quality product, excellent service !

The customer service from start to finish was tremendous

My wife and I were very pleased with the presentation. we like the fact that this was not only about solar but on how to be energy efficient. We were very pleased with the cost to install not only with the solar system but also the recommended items to make my home more energy efficient. The courtesy and professionalism displayed by the technicians, managers, financial folks was simply tremendous. I would definitely recommend Circle L Solar to family and friends. Amazing customer service

Sean and Mike were the sales reps who we were first in contact with. They were both very knowledgeable about the solar process and were able to answer all of our questions.asba company circle L was very helpful and made our house more efficient before selling us panels. The result was we needed fewer panels and got a cheaper price. From start to finish, I was never disappointed with their service, quality of work, or products. Great company and great workers.

Still waiting to finish rating..reps won’t call me back

It looks to me that My sales rep miscalculated the number of panels I would need because he overlooked the plan that my utility company had me on. He underestimated based on a plan that is not available to solar customers. I have been told the owner was looking into it. This was months ago. When I try to get a call back I get told the same story. Now I will be paying more than I did prior to going solar because I have 27000.00 loan to repay plus my electric bill. If the company makes things right, I will let everyone know. But for now I am very disappointed. There are other things that I will advise all new customers regarding my experience but I want to see how this plays out. But at this time I would not recommend the company.

Excellent Service

Excellent company to do business with very responsive and very fast install of what I have been told is a large system at 19.2. Started with a great conversation with my sales rep Angie Mccomb and continued with the back staff that has facilitated everything that has been needed.

Circle L is best

I have been very happy with everything thing that Circle L has done. From coming all the way from the other side Of Fort Worth to Commerce Tx. To talk to us about what they could do. They set everything up. The sales representative Angle McComb was up feont with us. Showed us how to save money. She didn't try to over sale us. On things we didn't need. She got us what was just right for our family. The office staff have been great to work with. They answer all my questions and has kept the schedule straight. The men that have come out to install the equipment for my house have been very polite and have cleaned up after themselves I could not have asked for anything more.

Nonresponsive

We chose Circle L for our solar installation because of it's long history. We were completely satisfied with the salesman, workmen who did the much-needed weatherizing to our home, and the solar installers. However, Circle L does not respond to follow-up questions. I e-mailed the contact for their energy savings program several times over a couple of months before I received a kick-back e-mail which seems to indicate she no longer works there. I then e-mailed their general e-mail address for the energy savings program a couple of times over a few weeks, still getting no response. I finally called the office and was told to e-mail their billing e-mail address. I did this; and, after a couple of months, I still have had no one respond to my questions and concerns. We spent thousands of dollars on our system; and, even with all the weatherizing of the house, our electric bill has only been reduced about 50%. I'd like to know if we need to trim trees or add more panels or if the system isn't working properly, but it looks like I'll have to contact another solar company to get those answers.

Solar Package

I am very pleased with their service. My home is was built in the '40's and was in need of a few upgrades. Laurie DeCaro was my Energy Advisor and she helped me receive the package that best fitted the needs my house. Aside from the solar panels, they updated my attic insulation and installed energy efficient windows. Laurie and the rest of the staff were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had throughout the process, and worked around my schedule. I will recommend them to anyone that is interested.

Solar Installation

I was in the market for a solar system so i started to do my research to better educate myself. Talked to a few potential vendors and went with Circle L Solar due to their quick turn around, very competitive pricing, great customer service pre/during/post by Angie McComb!

Angie did the initial assessment for my home presenting just the facts with no pressure sales. Jasidy maintained coordinating the various work crews along with obtaining city permits. Yahoo! Permits & procedures give me a migraine. Her communication skills were great with ASAP emails, calls & texts. So why did I make the jump to reduce my carbon footprint? TAX REBATES, FINANCING, LOWER BILLS, GREAT SERVICE Now I have an app that monitors my panel production along with alerting me for future maintenance issues...really cool!
