Inoperable solar system still paying electric bill
Update from homeowner: Would like to update to five star because of misunderstanding of solar processing circa energy response was really efficient and they took care of all my concerns <br /><br />Solar system installed February 2024 it is now February 2025 and my system has only worked for three months didn't know until I got cut off notice from electric company and bill for 300 dollars. Called enphase to set up app and they had to send some one for repairs from circa energy they did something and left without saying anything. I got another electric bill.I called enphase they said my gateway system was inoperable. Enphase mailed gateway system and said to call circa energy for installation . I called circa energy was told someone would come and install

Great Installation and after sales support
My system was installed about 4 yeats back in Dec 2019 and it was one of the most competitive quote I had got that time. Installation was as promised with complete satisfaction. Fast forward 4 years, I have had three issues (not related to the installation, normal unpredictable breakdowns), Chip and Elena not only promptly adressed them, they went above and beyond and covered the labor that was not covered under warranty and would have costed me a few hundred dollars. More than the money aspect, their professional and friendly approach to service is the best part. A happy and fully satisfied customer.

Highly Recommend Circa Energy
I highly recommend Circa Energy for your solar project. Circa Energy exceeded every expectation I had when I started looking at solar. They delivered on a very complex project and through it all maintained full transparency and open communication. If you live in the Annapolis area, don't waste your time searching anywhere else. I took about ten bids. 9 of the 10 said they could not do what I wanted done and offered alternates. Circa said they would deliver, and they did it at the right price point, and right on time. I also LOVE that this is a family-owned business. They truly care, and it shows in every interaction. Do yourself a favor and hire Circa!

Dedicated, respectful and overall awesome Solar Panel company
Circa Energy is a honest, fast working and diligent company that has just helped my family during a hard time with our solar panels. They were there for emergency work after a leak made its way into our bedroom. As this was during the pandemic, this was especially hard for me, to let someone in and trust their work. Yet, there was Chip, the owner, making sure we had someone fixing the roof all the while, taking good care of the panels, without hesitation. He helped to us to understand all the nuisances of solar panels and power. He was patient and understood that this was stressful and honestly, emotional, for me and my family. I always felt heard and respected. In the end, he and Elena, the COO, were wonderful to work with! I highly recommend them to work on your current or new solar panels!!

Circa Energy is Professional and Caring
I met Elena and I had a hard time making up my mind about solar panels. After she showed me why I should go with Circa Energy I pondered more with why I should go green and could never get over how patient and caring Elena was with what I wanted. I am looking forward to seeing what the end of the matter will be. However, no matter how it turns out, I'm happy to have met Elena.

I was referred to circa energy by a neighbor, and they did a great job from sign-up to installation the pandemic not withstanding. The Circa energy team is highly flexible and focused on your needs, they suggested appropriate sizing for our house, scheduled the installation when we felt comfortable and took care of all the approvals from BGE, County and our HOA. Thanks for helping us go green.
