Buselli Plumbing Heating and Electric, Inc

Buselli’s crew installed a new central air conditioner unit for me. The men arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They really did an excellent job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. (One was named Pete. I wish I had gotten all their names.) There was a young man who was being trained. I was extremely impressed by the way the experienced men were so patient with him and explained what they were doing and why it’s done in that manner. The trainee (young Pete) was eager to learn and a hard worker. Recently I lost power due to severe thunderstorms and had some damage done to my breaker box. I called and spoke with Nicole and she was very helpful. An electrician came by 7:30 the next morning. Nick R did a great job and was very professional. I plan on having them do 2 more improvements to my home in the near future.

Tracy did a great job getting all of our HVAC and generator equipment on the schedule for annual tuneups. She always handles our questions and issues easily and quickly. Mason serviced our generator. Showed up exactly on time. Was very knowledgable and took time to explain what he was doing and why. The Buselli folks then did a thorough review of our other HVAC systems-3 split units, Heat pump and compressor. They took pictures of each unit and returned within a couple of days to provide annual service for all of them. The tech was very knowledgable and took time to answer my questions. Price for all of this was very reasonable. We are now using them to provide annual scheduled service.

We had a generator installed by Buselli Solutions, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very start, their service was excellent—professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Blair got back to us quickly when we first reached out and provided a clear, fair estimate without any surprises. The installation team did an amazing job. Every team member clearly knew what they were doing, which made the whole process feel smooth and well-coordinated. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Thank you! The entire process—from initial contact to final installation—was smooth and well-handled. We would highly recommend Buselli Solutions to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service.

Blair and his entire team did an outstanding job on our project. They installed two generators and a split unit, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The crew was extremely clean, efficient, and professional throughout the job. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood how everything worked. We truly have nothing but great things to say about Buselli Solutions and would highly recommend them!

After we experienced a severe brownout caused by our power company, I called Buselli for help. Nathan was the technician that was assigned to us. I knew from his first visit that we were in good hands. He did a careful diagnosis and worked with us to get our u its back online. Finally he recommended that we change out the system. Nathan Pete and Justin did the installation. They were careful with the interior work and very neat. The new system is working perfectly. Like they say, you only get one chance to make a first impression and Nathan made a very good impression. Buselli is a great company They are responsive to our rquests and are very customer focused. Highly recommended.
