had system 6 months, 2nd inverter now out . now I'm told they are out of business.

Having spent over twenty five years in the construction industry I was truly impressed. From our first visit with Duane through the financing with Cathy, and the installation and cleanup by Grant, Jerad, Jordan, and Riley every step was professional, courteous, and with no wasted motion. I will recommend Brimma Solar to anyone and everyone interested in solar.

We were very satisfied from the beginning to the end of the project. All employees were very professional and friendly. They went over everything so we could understand the system.

Just a shout out to Jeff Johnson who helped me through the latest steps to see how my panels are doing. Brimma made it so easy to place lots of panels on my roof. I didn't have to do a thing. They even set up a reasonable/cheap loan for me. I'm receiving checks every fall to pay back for the excess electricity that i don't use. My electricity bill this summer never went over $25/month even though it's been really hot and i've used my AC to keep me comfy. I highly recommend them.

The folks at Brimma Solar, from first meeting to design and install, to checking up on their panels and me, are the best! Brimma was great at every step of the way. They answered all my dumb questions and never allowed me to feel like I was asking a dumb question. The electrician and installers were super friendly and left the site even cleaner than when they got here. And the system is working wonderfully!

From sales to installation the process of putting up solar was made easy with Brimma Solar. Installed the complete system in one day. The installation crew was very friendly and respectful and the workmanship was impeccable. Passed inspection first time with no issues. System is working very well.

Installation went great, everything was done in less than a day. Got a lot of information from the installation crew afterward walking me through everything. My only complaint is that the monitoring system is kind of buggy and keeps resetting the date, but that's not necessarily Brimma's fault.

Joe Y. (main contact person) was not only knowledgeable in terms # of panels, # of kilowatt-hours, and quick to provide a concept design as well a detailed installation process that address my concern for impact to the roof. Joe was also flexible with payment plan, which for me made a difference in the selection of Brimma. While the lead time waiting for material was long, they met it. Grant (Project Manager) & his crew did a great job in placing all 14 panels on the roof facing the south direction, which have a better chance of capturing more sunlight to produce energy. They did both the solar panel installation and hooking the panels up with the electrical circuit panel a thing in 3 hours, which was really quick. The electrical person understand the needs to keep the esthetic look of electrical conduct running on the outside of the house and kept the length of the conduit run to a minimum. They then followed up with L&I for an inspection of their work and SnoPUD for switching out the old meter with a new smart meter that will keep track of how much energy is being surplus if any. (One little caution for those who work from home in that when SnoPUD switched out the meter, I lost power, even if it took only a few seconds). All in all, it was a turn-key package (took a total of 2 weeks or so) in that Brimma took care of everything, which made this review easy to write.

They are polite, responsive and helpful. I like watching the kilowatts add up in response to the different types of weather.

BRIMMA SOLAR made the effort to explain clearly what was happening and what we should expect during the set-up and installation. Their liaison with the power company and the local government was a positive experience for us. We were impressed with the courtesy and apparent skills of the employees who worked in our home and we feel comfortable with the company's offer to refer to them in the case we have future questions or concerns.

We looked into and received bids from four solar companys. Brimma was not only the most competitive in price but also the best in the way of in-person contact, professionalism, and knowledge with no sales pressure. When it came to site assessment and installation, everyone concerned was well qualified and delivered exactly as promised. We have been very happy.

We were looking to install solar panels for a while and we even contacted a few companies, but we were not able to get the help we needed. Brimma Solar team did a great job of walking us through the process, getting all the necessary permits, and securing a low interest financing that made it possible for us to get our panels installed. Brimma made the process of ordering the system, checking for all the rebates and credits we were entitled to, and working with our local electric company pretty easy. They came to install the system when they said they would, completed it quickly, even though ours was a large system. When a couple of the inverters failed a few weeks into operations, they came out very quickly and replaced them.

Brimma was very responsive during the initial quote process. They answered all of my questions and were able to match a competitors price. They gave me a reasonable window for installation as well. That window was a couple of months away but I didn’t hear anything from them during that time. I did contact them to ask what the status was when the anticipated date was approaching and they said they make their schedule on a weekly basis. I did hear from them a few weeks later and got about a week or so notice for the job. The installation process went pretty smoothly. Pretty much got everything installed same day. What I didn’t know was that it was going to be nearly another 2 months before the system would be active. First L&I had to come out and do an inspection, which the electrician mentioned on install day. That took 30 days. Then PSE had to come and install the new meter but would only schedule it after L&I had finished. That took another 3 ish weeks. Neither of those things does Brimma have anything to do with, my only reason for commenting on it here is because they didn’t warn/tell me about it. It would have been nice for that part of it to have been a bit more clear so that my expectations were in line with the way it actually worked. In the end, the price was good, the installation was good and the panels are working well. They also had an arrangement with a local credit union with a great rate for financing, so that was really nice and helped to seal the deal. Now that we have had the panels active for a couple of months we like them so far. I am really looking forward to seeing what happens this summer! I am not terribly impressed with the in-home monitoring device. It was constantly logging off and not reading. The app didn’t work either. I contacted Brimma multiple times for help, as well as emailing the manufacturer (Chilicon). Never heard back from Chilicon and it took Brimma more than 2 weeks to respond. He apologized, said they were really short handed. It does make me a little nervous for later. This little hang up was nothing but if we have a real problem later on I hope it doesn’t take them 2 weeks to get back to me again. He was able to give me a couple of solutions which fixed the monitor problem for the most part. It still logs itself off the wifi for some reason but does it a lot less often. We still don’t regret getting solar and are looking forward to the benefits for years to come. Just wasn’t expecting the couple of quirks.

Brimma Solar was easy to work with, Joe clearly explains the different options and what would work best with our space and budget. The installers are great people, the installation was very tidy! I recommend them to anyone who asks me about purchasing a solar setup. Would do business with them again!

From the point where Joe introduced us to the possibility of just putting up a few panels, to the installation of our 12 panels on our roof to the efficient connection of said panels, our experience with Brimma Solar has been positive. We were curious about solar power and were able to acquire a few panels for an affordable price. We are very happy with the outcome.

In 2018, we installed panels for our home. This company was not only very professional throughout the experience 4 years later we are still 100% Satisfied. The panels are doing what we expected. I’ve had two inverter outages that I had to discover myself as the monitoring service does not detect them. The first was replaced relatively quickly but was dead over 3 months before I discovered it. The second failed unit has yet to be replaced, I reported it about a month ago.

Brimma Solar has been professional and informative from the time I came across them at a home remodeling show to end product on my roof. Inspections went perfectly, and were next day, they worked with my schedule. This is my second installment adding more panels, working with John Harley all most six years ago to Grant his son now. Both a pleasure to work with, they've been there when I have had questions or concerns. Just a fantastic company all around.

We wanted to reduce our carbon footprint in the world through Solar Energy, but didn’t know if it would work as we live in the PNW, with a lot more rain, cloudy skies, then sunny ones. We were told how Solar Energy would work for us, what would occur, financing, a tax break and how net metering would work, Duane was very professional and we didn’t feel any pressure to purchase their system. We couldn’t find a better company then Brimma Solar. They handled the permits and scheduling the inspection we needed. Grant and his crew worked efficiently, they left our area spotless and answered any questions if we had them.

It took just over a day to install, which was quicker than expected! They handled all of the details and then made all of the proper contacts to get us synced to the electric company. I found Brimma Solar on line. They install an 8KW, 28 panel system on our home. It was very quick ( a one day install ). The crew was great to work with. Brimma quoted and installed a full new system within 2 weeks. They took contacted the Power company and did the install very quickly. Would definitely recommend to work with them if you are looking for a solar panel system install.

From the initial contact, estimate, and installation everything was easy and professional. They were the only company that listen, and then designed a system around my concern for value, rather then recommending what was the easiest for them to install, or the most panels. Would 100% recommend Brimma.

Absolutely loved the service we got from Brimma solar. They made the whole process simple and were quick. Update: When I first wrote the review below, we had just had the panels installed. Now almost a year and a half later, we are thrilled with the performance of our panels. Our electricity bill has dropped significantly, and the panels haven't had any issues whatsoever! We did climb up on the roof to clean them off after the pine trees around our home dumped a ton of sticky yellow pollen on them this spring, but even the pollen didn't seem to affect the power generation. Our sales associate, Joe Yaskus has stayed in touch with us and periodically checks in to ensure the panels are meeting our expectations. Honestly, they have exceeded our expectations. And the personal care from Brimma Solar has impressed us as well. We highly, HIGHLY recommend the Brimma Solar Team! Brimma Solar is a top notch solar panel installation company! The entire process is streamlined and turnkey, and the team is utterly professional and responsive to your questions and needs. Our experience from the sales portion of the panel system with Joe Yaskus, to the permitting and installation with our project manager, Grant Harley, was easy and efficient.
