I wasn't feeling well when the sales people were here and they led me to believe I was getting panels on both sides of my shop roof but when they installed them, they had only put them on one side of my shop. They also didn't properly inform me about the financing on my project. I never would have agreed to such a high price for what I received but it was too late. They also didn't explain how I was to receive the payback from the government and it took me several years to claim it.

My husband and I were recently set up with panels through Blossom. I had done my shopping around and had contacted several solar panel companies to ensure our needs would be met. Brandyn at Blossom providing outstanding customer service. Out of the 4 "specialists" I had spoken to at each company, Brandyn was the only one who explained the process thoroughly, gave realistic timelines and answered all questions in an appropriate manner that a non-specialist could understand. He was so easy to work with and he was able to give me estimates immediately. Choosing Blossom was a no-brainer after the phone consultation and the pricing provided. The other companies were quoting me twice as much and saying it would be 12-18 months before the install even took place. Thankfully, Brandyn is not the only asset to the company, everyone was remarkably friendly and knowledgeable. The panels look great and have a decades long warranty so we never have to worry if we have issues in the future. The app Blossom uses to access your panel data is easy to use and fairly intuitive. If you're interested in solar panels and within their servicing area, give Blossom a call. They make the process very easy and have the most pleasant staff.

I rarely publically review companies, but I felt that I should tell everyone what an amazing job Blossom did in setting up my 10 kW home solar system. At the time of writing this review my system is nearly 1 year old. The people at Blossom are extremely knowledgeable, they are very helpful when issues came up, and they listen intently to any feedback. I have an extensive background in solar technology, and after vetting many solar installers in the area, I know I made the right choice in choosing Blossom Solar. According to both my and Blossom's calculations, the system is producing electricity as expected. Given what I experienced from Blossom's dedication to quality, keeping up with the evolving field of solar technology, the happiness of their customers, and the health of the environment, they stand above most other solar installers. From start to finish, we had a totally positive experience with Blossom Solar in acquiring and installing our residential solar panel system. We did a thorough review of solar power companies doing business in western Washington, and Blossom Solar came out on top. The sales and marketing staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. They thoroughly explained the system capabilities and characteristics, the installation process, and addressed all of our questions and concerns, making our decision to go with Blossom quite simple. The Blossom Solar office staff accomplished all of the necessary planning and coordination work, dealing with the myriad of agencies involved in permitting, inspections, and final system approval. The office staff kept us informed throughout, with clear e-mails and phone calls. We were very, very impressed with the installation crew. Three very nice guys. Thoroughly professional and extremely hard working – 36 solar panels, with all associated equipment, were installed in two days. Excellent communications – the installers kept us updated as to what they were doing throughout. Conscientious – always mindful of how the installation would look after they were finished, and seldom has a job been done at our residence with such a good clean-up. The only evidence they were here was the Blossom Solar sign in the front yard, a beautiful set of solar panels on the roof, and a new set of electrical boxes on the side of the house. We highly recommend Blossom Solar for anyone looking to acquire a solar power system.

Blossom is a great company to work with. The installation was painless, they did a great job, handled the permitting, and it was up and running in maybe two weeks. I mean it was producing power in just a few days, but it took my local power company about 10 days to get the net meter installed. Great experience, the hardware is impressive and the system is running well.

Blossom solar was great during every aspect of the project. The team was responsive, communicative, and I never had to worry about the details - they took care of everything! They helped find financing, dealt with all the permitting, set up the inspections, and ensured all was working correctly. Even when one of the panels began misbehaving they were on top of it - there at every step. I highly recommend Blossom Solar!

60k later 6 days off work system still not "commissioned" avoid blossom and enphase like the plague. I will not be allowing them to finish due to the amount of money I have already lost as a result of my poor choice to use them.

Our previous solar provider went out of business and I was referred to Blossom for ongoing support. I thought they might be reluctant to assist us since they didn't install but instead, they have been very helpful and have solved a couple of issue for us quickly and very directly. Thanks so much!

Matt at Blossom Solar did a great job explaining the benefits of solar energy to me, how it would work with my local utility company, what the process of installation would look like, and followed up with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The installation was fast and very professional, and I love being able to observe how much energy we create and use via the Solar Blossom monitoring app. I'm so glad that they were able to help me live a greener life!

The system works well, except when the power is off. I should have looked into a system with batteries. Not sure what needs to be done to get a tax refund from the State of Washington. Blossom Solar did a great job installing the panels and the rest of the system. My power bill has been $7.49 per month since the system was hooked up to the grid. I choose Blossom Solar because of the very helpful sales rep. He layed out how the system would save me money and do my part to save our planet at the same time.

Blossom Solar: Energetic, Enthusiastic, Efficient and cost Effective! DESIGN The initial design and quotation was extremely fast. Cole educated us on the design options, providing practical advice that helped us to size an affordable system and select the appropriate inverters for our needs, INSTALLATION: The installation team was quick and efficient. Cole clearly communicated what we needed to do to prepare the site before they came, so no delays when they arrived. Darrick and Patrick were energetic, enthusiastic, and very hard workers. They arrived promptly and cleaned up the site spotlessly both days of the installation. There were delays, caused by the state inspection process. Cole was very good at communications, promptly following up as needed with the State Inspector and the PUD to get final meters installed. RESULTS: Our system is fairly large, it was designed to provide approximately 60% of our power. It has been in operation for 11 months and so far has provided 70% of our power, savings have been over $1,000 for the first 10 months of this year.

These guys are quick and professional. From quote to install was weeks and they have been available after to answer any questions. Reality this year has matched my quote completely. No surprises. System working well. No problems. We do capture sun in the PNW! Get a free quote and see for yourselves before all the incentives are gone! Now is the time. Blossom Solar was outstanding in they setting up the information I needed to make a good decision. When they give me the estimate I was able to make the right choice. Blossom Solar was the right choice for the installation of the solar system. They directed me to a great credit union for the financing of the project. It just inspected this morning by the city of Marysville. Everything passed. I am so excited to be getting solar panels on my home.

If you are looking for solar, do yourself a huge favor and get a bid from Bloom. Seriously, I had 4 bids before finding these guys. So glad I opted for just one more bid! Anders was great at answering all my questions. Since they were bid #5 I had plenty of them to ask. We did quite a bit of emailing with a few calls in between. He always got back to me the same day. Once my loan was approved they were on top of ordering ASAP to ensure my install would be completed well before June 30,2018. That was an important date for me and some of my bids were wishy washy on that. Bloom said No Problem! Installation was a breeze. These guys are efficient! They had everything laid out and organized in totes so everything runs smooth. I had 27 panels installed and they were done in a day and a half. Everything looks clean and finished. Even the L&I inspector commented on what a really good job they had done. Looking forward to making some power! And very happy to be part of the Bloom Solar Energy Family!

The Bloom Solar team did a great job educating me on the solar conversion process and how to take advantage of all incentives available to me. The sales process was low pressure and at my pace. Once we agreed to move forward, the financing and installation process was as smooth as silk. I didn’t have to lift a finger and now we’re powering our home with CLEAN and FREE energy from the sun. The Bloom team was also able to install an electric car charging outlet during installation which was great since this would have needed a separate electrical inspection! I have always wanted solar panels cause its cool to help the enviroment and maybe save money. The federal (30%)and WA state(50%) rebate incentives help big time. Next step was to do research and get quotes. I got quotes from 4 companies to compare and contrast. Bloom Solar is a small "mom & pop" operation but they use it to their advantage. For one thing, lower overhead means lower operating costs. Lower costs gets offered to me. It is so important to get as much quotes as possible. Not only that you learn more about the different systems and products being offered. The sales manager Anders not only provided me with the best quote but his quote offered the most panels (20) for my roof. He also designed the layout on how it was going to lay on my roof. We mostly conversed via phone and email but he is very knowledgeable. I had other companies make appointments to meet with me in person. The appointments in person seemed rushed and high-pressured. Anders was different and was more mellow. He gave me plenty of time to think it over. I was given options to what I wanted to add or not add to my system. The installation team was led by Cole. They were great. Very fast, professional and efficient. Although they were located out in Everett, WA and I was in Vancouver, WA, it didn't seem to matter.
