When looking for solar we took our time. We started over 3 years ago meeting with multiple companies and came back to the one company that we first met and felt most comfortable with BayState Solar Solutions. They had the most competitive pricing and were the most knowledgeable out there. They took the time to give us multiple options in design and quality. Working with a local company made it nice as I was able to talk to the office people when I had questions about any part of the process. The install crew was very professional and very neat with their work. Install took just 2 days and with a blink of a eye they were done. We've been committed to a green life since building our home:geothermal heating/cooling system and hybrid gas/electric cars. While there was an interest for solar energy, we were never certain this would be a worthwhile investment. Well, a conversation at work led to an exchange of green experiences and eventually a phone call with Mike, the sales rep at Bay State Solar Solutions. Mike was sensitive to my hesitations and earned my trust to schedule a site review. During this review, my hesitations gave way to his industry knowledge and experience. I quickly discovered my home was perfectly suited for harnessing the sun's energy. After learning of my municipal energy company' solar rebate program, the available federal tax credits, really low project financing, and a program which provides quarterly dividends for every megawatt-hour of solar electricity created, my wife couldn't hold me back. I wanted a solar system and I wanted it now! Once we got underway, installation was a breeze and within three months my electricity bills dropped from $450 to $75 per month (as if I needed another reason to get this system!). So, how do we plan to top this experience? more panels and a solar powered whole house generator!!

Working with Bay State Solar Solutions was a pleasant experience from the start. This project was not your typical project. I built a sunroom over my Hot tub and they custom designed a system that not only produced energy, but the panels are the actual roof as well. They worked with me to make sure the system was designed to my specs and were very professional. The office always answered all my questions and overall the project went without a hitch. I even had the owner Phil McCarron come by and see how the installation was going. He provided some input which I was so pleased because it kept the install very neat and clean. It was always a pleasure to call the office with any questions Angelina was a pleasure to talk to they handle everything promptly. The Bay State Solar team is professional and focused on customer satisfaction. We also went through them to re-roof the house before the panels went on. The roofers did a great job too. We are very particular as to how the job looks because it is on the front of our home. We have very little conduit showing and what does show is done tastefully and to our satisfaction. The array and hardware are all black and the panels are productive. Michael Goulart, our salesman, was extremely attentive to our concerns and helped to make sure that things went as smoothly as possible. We also like that he takes drone footage of the progress so we can review or share our solar investment. We look forward to the energy we are now able to generate and the saving we will incur over time.

Sales Mgr. Mike Goulart handled my system and was always responsive, upfront, and easy to approach. Angelina in the office was always very responsive and helpful. The electrician and all service people were prompt, competent, and friendly. I highly recommend Bay State for quality, service, follow-up, and price.

I would HIGHLY recommend Bay State Solar solutions. They are a RARE group of individuals that are there to HELP if there is any issue at all. Customer service is their main event. They are GREAT to do business with. Karen Esposito and Mike visited me a couple of times and Karen went out of her way to stop in and talk to me. Things she could have done in the mail, she instead came to my house to help me with. They explained the numbers to me and gave me all the information I needed. As an engineer I needed to "check" and do my own research. Sorry but I don't trust anyone. I didn't trust Karen or Mike either - UNTIL - I did my own homework and found them to be ON TARGET. They KNOW what they are talking about. Also, they don't heap on a lot of hype, they just tell the REAL DEAL. If you want to know how it all work, WHO you GONNA CALL - Call Karen. Excellent Experience ! The Bay State Solar team executed the entire process professionally and efficiently from start to finish. The required paper work was filed in a timely fashion and installation completed on the date promised. The process was explained and any question quickly and accurately answered. The install crew took the time to review the equipment locations, functions and left the work area as they found it. Once the system was operational they scheduled a meeting to review the operation and online monitoring process. The solar selection and installation process can be a stressful one. Finding a great company like Bay State Solar makes the experience enjoyable

presentation and met with us four or five times and we have a very good experience from the beginning, their price was competitive to other companies out there and on the personal level he was wonderful. We were concerned with the color of the clips and they came and painted them to match the panels. something they did not have to do but did anyways to please us. This is the kind of customer service and personal touch that you get working with Bay State Solar. the communication between us and them was exceptional through out the whole project. And last but not least we would highly recommend Bay State Solar for your Solar panel experience.

We hired BayState Solar for our project for our house. It was such a pleasant experience to work with a company so knowledgeable and helpful. The salesman showed up on time and was able to answer all our questions in a timely fashion. Our project wasn't an easy one and they were very patient to show us all the options available and worked with us throughout the whole process. We were given multiple options with our solar project and they worked with us not only to find what was best for our needs, but also best for our budget. We had looked into other solar companies (Big Box companies) and all they wanted to do is sign you up on the spot for things you didn't understand. Solar is an investment and should be explained fully before you make a decision and that is what BayState Solar did for us. I would highly recommend BayState Solar to anyone that is looking for a local company that puts customer service first!!! Very professional company with knowledgeable staff. I installed 10+ kW on my home without any major hitches. They did all the work and left no mess! I monitor my production on the cell phone app and will be collecting my solar credits when the state says I can. This is a very intelligent staff with good work ethic and good pricing. I strongly encourage anyone interested (and you all should be) to talk with Bay State as one of the 2 or 3 companies with whom you speak and seek quotes. I am a biologist and former ecologist and appreciate immensely the benefit the planet receives from the installation of solar power. It is relatively cheap now and efficient enough to put on most roofs. BUT, PLEASE BUY YOUR OWN PANELS/SYSTEM; leasing only gives the benefits to the leasing companies and can make your property more difficult to sell.

I really can’t say enough good things about Bay State Solar. I hired them to install solar panels at my house back in September and the project was completed in December. From start to finish the team at Bay State provided top level technical knowledge and unparalleled communication. As an electrical engineer by trade, I was intrigued with the potential of going solar, but would only do so if it made significant financial sense. I started the process by speaking with multiple leasing companies, but soon became intrigued with how these companies were making their money. I quickly learned that, with government incentives, I could justify the cost of purchasing my own solar system. This introduced the potential to make money, opposed to saving a couple of bucks with one of the various leasing options. I discovered, with assistance from Bay State, that if I purchased the system it would pay for itself in 4.5 years, eliminate electric bills and provide additional profits though State and Federal tax credits and SRECs. My solar project will actually provide me with a profit of about $13K over 10 years without factoring in free electricity from the day the system got turned on. Bay State Solar really did all the work from start to finish. This includes obtaining the required permits and permissions, completing all paper work, installing the system, coordinating with Eversource to get the system turned on, literally everything. The installation team that arrived onsite were very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I had a couple of specific requests with regards to the installation all of which were executed without issue. My job requires me to work with contractors on a daily basis and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with an organization than I have been with Bay State Solar. The level of support and communication was phenomenal and made this project a pleasure.
