Unorganized and unprofessional
I would give them a negative star if I could…they are so unorganized and unprofessional! Their workers showed up without an appointment and no one from the office bother to let us know that they were coming. Installation started in June 2023. They came out about 5 days to install devices and they did not even complete the job. Yet the accounting person called to ask for payment. some of the devices are not even functioning! I reached out to them numerous times, and I haven’t received any response. it’s been a nightmare!

Not what I expected!
Was interested in getting solar for quite sometime! Reached out to bay area energy solutions for a quote! We came to agreement and I was very excited to see there work! Unfortunately they didn't tell me it would take 8 months to install my system and they would leave holes on my roof for water to leak in! The owner was all over the place! Very unorganized and rude at times! I didn't feel like he knew what he was talking about! The guys he sent out were very sloppy and noisy had some complaints from the neighbors! There were no reviews up so I took the chance! I'm writing this review so nobody else makes the mistake of having these guys install solar on your house!
