I had a previous quote from a different company, called banner and received a quote from the owner for a better price with a lot more knowledge. From there I decided to choose Banner. They were very informative and guided and consulted me every step of the way, making sure I was happy with how they wanted to set everything up before doing so. Probably the best thing about them is they are very easy to keep in contact with and super responsive. I couldn’t be happier with the set up and I recommend banner, they are awesome in every step of the process, from quoting to the install, and the receptionist handing everything in-between. just finished a new solar install less than the actual estimate. these guys are honest, very responsive on emails or calls. also, they stayed on schedule. the install is very professionally done. we have a house right on the beach so they are thoughtful using the right type of materials on our metal roof. i love everything they did. they never pushed for more than needed. thank you !!

Gary Ingram was courteous, well informed, and very helpful in assessing our solar needs and coming up with a solar array that has worked out great for us. All of the workmen involved in the installation were courteous, and careful in the process. One of the owners, Guy, who did the electrical hook up found a way to save us about 600.00 in the installation. We have had our solar system for 11 months now, and have yet to pay anything over the minimum electric bill charge of 8.35/mo. We are so happy that we used Banner Power Solutions for our solar system! These folks are total pros, and have the highest integrity.

Banner Power Solutions did an excellent job. The project proposal was detailed and rapidly prepared. Our questions were all carefully, completely, and expertly answered. The installation began very soon after we signed the contract. The installers were friendly and efficient and took good care of our property. Just a week later, the electrical inspection had been completed, the new meters were installed and we were generating power. We're very pleased.

Banner Power Solutions performed a wonderful job. Before the Seattle rainy season started, the company performed the analysis: our home passed the minimum requirements and we received the job quote. Then, Banner assisted with the loan process. We had to wait only a month to begin the work. During our rainy season in November, 2014, just before Thanksgiving, the company came to our home and installed a 25 solar panel solution. Then they performed all the permit work, added the meter-reader equipment and took care of all the work with the utility company. In early December, the system was turned on and we have been monitoring the output since. In July, 2015, we received our first solar revenue check (for six months). We are about to receive our second solar check (for July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016). Banner also provided assistance to help set up the tax credits. The solar system has experienced no problems. We were pleased with the quick install (a week), reliability, user friendliness and the customer service. We are a westerly facing system and it is profitable. Our loan will be paid off in a couple or few years. I encourage folks to consider Banner Power Solutions for their NW Washington state solar ownership.

Banner did a great job including great communication, showing up on time, and excellent work. It was refreshing to have all 3 of those pieces working which is so rare these days. I highly recommend these guys.

Banner Power Solutions is awesome! These guys are experts, in what they do and it shows in the quality installation they did for us. Not a bad thing to say about them. They all seem to love what they do and take pride in their work. Eric took the time to explain everything I asked, gave me his profession opinion and didn't try to sell me or convince me that they were the best, like so many other companies did. In fact, their price was one of the highest I was quoted but I knew I was going to get a quality job! You get what you pay for! I felt like I got a great deal on the system for the level of workmanship and quality received. Guy and the install crew were fantastic, very professional and courteous. I highly recommend these guys!

We were initially contacted by a salesman who gave us a brief explanation of the product and its benefits. We were impressed by his knowledge and asked for a proposal. We met both Eric and Guy during the proposal and planing process and felt confident in their ability to carry out the project as outlined. Once the proposal was accepted, we were able to work with the company to schedule their work around our availability. Since we were out of town in the interim, it was very handy to be able to communicate via email. Upon our return (and replacement of our old roof), the crew arrived on time and worked steadily until the physical installation of panels, inverters, and wiring were complete. The crew were very good about answering questions as the work progressed. Once the work was done, Banner arranged for the electrical inspection and final connection to the power company. Finally, Eric visited us and connected us to the website that monitors our system. At the moment, we have no data to indicate whether the system is performing as promised, but initial results are encouraging. We have no hesitation in recommending Banner Power Solutions to other customers interested in exploring solar power.

Banner Power Solutions came highly recommended by a trustworthy friend. The Banner team were incredible throughout the entire estimate and installation process. They made it clear what was possible and answered all of our questions - even the ones we hadn't considered, but were glad they explained those too. All of the follow-on inspections and meter installations were scheduled by Banner within a week of the array's installation completion. It was a pleasure working with the Banner team, I would recommend them to anyone who is considering a solar investment in the Puget Sound area.

After requesting quotes and insights from several solar installers, we chose Banner due to their up-front willingness to design and install our residential system based on our actual needs and desires. Not only was their quote very competitive, but their responsiveness was outstanding. In a few words, they bent over backwards to serve our needs. Their salesperson was honest and timely, their installers were polite, tidy and hard working, and their electrician was all about meeting our wishes even when there were ways to cut down on his time and expenses. Electrical inspectors and PSE hookups were all timely and arranged by Banner. Banner seamlessly met our needs. They are honest people who work hard to please.

The cost and installation was reasonable and it all came together quickly, and everyone was willing to educate us along the way. The team even brought in soil to fix smashed places in the yard. A great company that provided us with exactly what we wanted.

Every person at Banner Power Solutions was terrific. From Eric and Guy to Terry and the rest of the installers, everyone was professional and willing to do everything to make the job perfect. There were no surprises. The system is working well. Followup has been exemplary.

I had 3 contractors to pick from, all with about the same price. It came down to who I trusted. I'm glad I trusted Banner Power. While waiting for the parts to arrive Eric let me know about a new inverter for about $2,000 less. Once the parts came in they installed the system the week before Thanksgiving in the pouring rain! Had Guy and Eric install my Solar Array on the west side of my Barn roof. My wife only agreed to this if they were out of site & out of mind, this was not the very best angle for sun rays, but "Happy Wife, Happy life". These solar panels are going on 2 years with no trouble, my max Kw generated on a full sunny day in May is 45kw and rainy day is about 7kw. My return on investment is forecasted at 7 years and my current payback is at 47%. Will have to wait and see on payback. Very happy with Banner Power Solutions on every aspect of the Solar Power installation and would recommend them to my friends as well as relatives.

We had Banner Solutions install a 5.5 KWh system at the end of January. They did a great job and on our latest electric bill (March-April), our electric usage is down 60%.

I approached 10 different installers and evaluated them on NABCEP certification, other professional certifications, responsiveness, years in business, BBB rating, warranty (roof and solar system), references, time to start installation, time to complete and cost. Banner outshone all the other installers. They showed up on time and completed the installation as scheduled. The system works flawlessly and their after install followup has been everything I expect. My system has been performing better than predicted for the last 6 months. I would not go to any other installer after the great experience I have had with Banner.

I received exceptional service and support from Eric, Guy and Jill. I am very happy with my system but should have gone with the BlueFrog micro inverters rather than one big standalone inverter. The Bluefrog inverters allow you to monitor the system better. I was very reluctant and sat on the fence whether or not to put a solar system in over the summer of 2014. What a mistake. We probably had over 100 days of sun! We finally decided to put in a 7.5KW system and we are producing 40+KW on sunny days this April 2015. Best day was 51.3KW. The biggest detractor is the price tag. If I have any complaint it is the transparency of pricing. That is for all companies not just Banner. Overall, I would recommend Banner Power Solutions in a heartbeat and welcome anyone wishing to look at my system to contact Banner and refer the to me. Doug Whidbey Island
