They will tell you that they will give you anything and everything to get you to agree to purchase a system from them and once you sign the agreement you will not get anything from them. Then when your system stops working they will not do anything to honor your supposed warranty.

I can't stress enough that if you want call backs or details of what is happening next - keep looking for additional solar providers. While they installed my solar, it took them forever. They submitted incorrect plans to the city so that further added to the delay. I was fed stories that her husband was going to meet with the city official to get approvals but then they suddenly found my plans. Mara never responds to my calls. My SolarEdge software hasn't updated since April 10th, 2018, which is supposed to be monitored by Baker Solar. If I could do it all over again, I would have looked at other providers who have more reviews as the ones posted aside from mine are obviously people who work for the company.

I was very pleased with the results when Baker Solar and Electric installed my residential solar system. They were very knowledgeable about all facets of the job including system design, permits, equipment choices, installation techniques and waterproofing. I always felt comfortable in their expertise and that my best interests were their priority. They were very easy to work and communicate with and made the extra effort to meet all my specific needs. The installation was completed on time as scheduled and passed all inspections on the first visit. The installation crew was well staffed and professional. The office was very forgiving when I made a payment mistake. Even after my installation was complete and fully paid, Baker continued to provide excellent service by returning to make a few adjustments and ensure that they left the job complete to their high standards. I have no doubt they will stand behind their work and guarantees. I will definitely use Baker Solar and Electric again for my electrical and solar needs and highly recommend them.

Baker Solar and Electric completed my solar install in December of 2014. Mara was very helpful in coordinating the installation and was always keeping me in the loop during the entire process. I'm looking forward to using them in the future for my electrical needs.

Mara kept me well informed on every process and schedule and was very helpful and always returned call. I can't say enough about the install team! they were On Time! very friendly and professional and never left a mess and they did a really nice install and it looks great.
