PATHETIC!
Sadly there is no option for 0 stars! We live South East of Sacramento, Ca. I have been trying to get my Solar project completed since February 2024. No one seems to be able to help me. Maybe no one cares. Now it's mid August of 24 and I still don't have a running solar system. I have been calling and e mailing with no resolution yet. Friday Aug 9th I left a message for a supervisor. I have to make an appointment to speak to him!!! He doesn't have time until 5:30 on the 15th of August! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

We are a general contractor (Ali's Construction) in South bay area with many residential projects, Recently we started working with Axia Solar, They are very professional, on time, responsive and reliable Colton sending updates about every step of the project and following up with the next steps, Colton is super professional and fast in communicating , Also Joseph were helping us a lot with the projects, We are so happy to find Axia Solar company and have them to work on solar for all of our projects, Also I wanted to mention that we got 5 quotes from different solar companies but Axia Solar provided us the best price in the market,

The process felt so easy even though there is so much going on behind the scenes with permitting and scheduling and installing. Even with an unexpected issue coming up during the install Colton made himself available even on his day off to consult, and everything worked out just fine! Very thankful I found a company who handles everything so well!

Great installer. I always had polite and caring techs. They installed the system in one day. Any issue we had along the way was received by the project manager and expedited as quickly as possible. Woul recommend this company and will use them again if we ever need more panels.

Solar Review
After researching many solar companies, I concluded that Axia by Qcells was the best decision since they are the direct-to-consumer division of Qcells, the largest residential solar panel manufacturer providing solar panels to 1 in every 3 homes. Their panels are assembled right here in the United States providing thousands of jobs. It also gives me the peace of mind that if there was a problem, the company will be here to support me with their strong warranty. The installation looks great and everything was done properly with attention to the details. Just prior to the installation, I changed my financing terms and a mistake was made on their side processing the change. Axia by Qcells did the right thing and corrected the situation. Other companies might have not been so responsive to “do the right thing”. That impressed me and speaks volumes about how I am going to be treated as customer in the future. I strongly recommend Axia by Qcells. Anyone thinking about going solar should get a proposal from them. You’ll be happy you did
