Solar install has been a Nightmare

I very seldomly leave any negative reviews, but my system has been installed in 09/01/2025 and as of today 01/20/2026 I am still waiting on permission to operate (PTO). I have contacted my service rep many times, voicemail, text, and calls. Very very bad experience overall. I have abandoned working with my service rep and have been attempting to contact the company straight. I have left some voicemails with no return calls. Its been a very very long and unprofessional exchanges. I would look elsewhere to service and install solar. I would not recommend.
