Living in as remote an area as exists in the "Lower 48", solar, as a means to provide power & heat, was THE rational energy choice. Having the system installed by the same contractor who completed the building allowed for a system perfectly integrated into the structure of our home. Choosing an off-grid solar system was consistent with our overall desire to build "green". `Atlantic Solar Solutions` took both our green-ideals AND our financial limits into consideration when designing & building a system satisfying BOTH concerns. In BOTH price AND concern for our needs & ideals, regarding the NEED to build in an ecologically-conscious cost-effective home, our contractor has done an admirable job: I would recommend him, without hesitation,to family & friends. We selected this contractor even after interviewing two others, who were likewise "green", NOT because he was the "cheapest" but because of OVERALL VALUE, attention to our ideals & sensitivity to our economic limits. We wanted QUALITY, to last, & that`s what we got.

Peter Tevendale`s work ethic and RE technical skills were instrumental to the success of this remote off grid project. From load calculations through design, installation, and operation Atlantic Solar has been a pleasure to work with. His understanding and communication of tradeoffs and easy going yet profresional manner made positive RE changes to the original design nonconfrontational and reassuring. Highly recommend Atlantic Solar Solutions for all your renewable energy needs. We intend to build with Atlantic Solar again. Our next project will incorporpate the addtion of a Solar Wind hybrid system.
