# 1 was commitment to the install and completion date, ext was the sales person did not push for the sale, all my questions we answered, if he did not have the answer he called on the slot rather than BS me, as I am an SME night electrical systems and teach it for a living, the options I got were 2 software/hardware packages to allow my monitoring of the entire system from the individuals panel to the emphase (tm) box to the main panel, I can see every aspect of my panel operation system. I came to full operation on time as contracted and each step was communicated to me ahead of time. Excellent services, Thanks

A Diamond in the Rough... MUST READ!

I went into this quest very well acquainted with home improvement, but completely ignorant about Solar. Like most people, I saw tons of ads saying "free electricity with no bills!" - it sounded too good to be true. I finally took the bait and called a few of the larger vendors. For the most part, they were all slick salespeople reading off cue cards - very disappointing. So I did some research on my own and learned that sure enough, most of them are being much less than honest - signing a contract to lease a solar power array is usually a decision you'll regret for many reasons. Luckily, I didn't give up before calling Solar Wave, where I finally found an honest broker - Brad Bradley. Brad patiently explained everything to me, giving me a true sense of what I could expect, from the price and incentives, to the installation process. He sent out his estimator (who was just as genuine, proving that the tone is set at the top), who thoroughly assessed my situation - my roof, my pool equipment, my AC units, etc, to help me figure out the best approach. They confirmed that leasing was not the best route for my needs, purchasing a system was the way to go. He didn't pressure me, or call me every evening to get a decision... he just helped me out when I had questions until I felt comfortable choosing. After I decided to go with them, a clear and simple process began. Brad and his team were very communicative (Brad gives you his cell number and responds within minutes). He worked with me to coordinate the solar work around other home improvement projects. I love my house dearly, and his crew took care to not damage anything as they did their work. All estimates in terms of money and timing were always accurate. They start and finish when they say they will - which in this day and age is not to be taken for granted. And yesterday, Brad walked me through the process of turning my system ON for the first time. While on the phone, he asked me to pull the lever to the left, then go over the wall to and flip this breaker or that, etc. I finally stopped and said, "how in the world do you know where everything is located in MY particular installation?" He answered casually, "Oh, I take photos of the final installation so I can walk you through it." And that final professional touch sums up my experience - the guy at the top is walking me through the power-up, to make sure it works, to hear my excitement, to answer my questions, and to say congratulations. I've used lots of different contractors to do everything from painting to plumbing - they are usually very frustrating (to be kind). Whether or not you end up using Solar Wave, I encourage you to talk to them... you'll probably learn something useful. And if you do end up using them, I hope you walk away from the experience as I did, saying to yourself, "the construction trade needs more companies like Solar Wave."

The absolute best Solar company in Arizona!

Over the last 5 years, I've interviewed at least a dozen solar providers - one thing ALL of them had in common was the need to OVERSELL the level of equipment necessary for our home. All of them making huge, unfounded claims. Many of them had been licensed under a prior business name that had closed due to false promises and poor service. I was about to give it up when I met Michael Bradley. He wasn't a salesman, he was like a friend. My wife and I pulled the trigger, and we are so elated that we did. Mike introduced us to Brad, who stayed in constant contact with us through the entire process, answering all of our concerns - we never felt so cared for. Then we met Ricky - top notch. From beginning to end, this has been extremely smooth. I cannot recommend any other solar companies, but I can, and will be recommending Arizona Solar Wave & Energy to all of my friends and colleagues. Great Experience from Start to Finish!

We actually received three bids, but really appreciated the honest and no pressure sales approach from AZ Solar Wave! Michael Bradley was our sales rep and he made everything clear and simple to understand. From meeting with him for a quote and throughout the whole process with our lender, Salt River Project, the pest control company that put up our bird screening and our experience with Brad Bradley, our customer service rep, this experience could not have been easier! Outstanding company to work with

I interviewed 4 companies and Arizona Solar Wave provided the best support and help regarding the purchase of a solar system. Although they were looking to earn my business they didn't come across with a high pressure pitch to "SELL" a system, they actually explained everything and gave me confidence to "BUY" from them.

Simply THE BEST

Funny story about how we came to use Arizona Solar Wave for our solar installation. I went online to one those get a quote today on solar websites, little did I know I was opening a barrage of calls coming to my phone. I mean I couldn't say two words to one representative before 10 more calls were coming through. Those site get you, so watch out. I got to a point where I would answer the calls and immediately hung up on whoever was trying to sell me solar because it was SO overwhelming. Felt like it was collection calls that just wouldn't stop, blocking numbers right and left. I decided that I would do my own in depth research on companies and gather some quotes to see what the options were out there in solar land. My first call with ASW was Justin telling me that he can work around my schedule day or night to come to my home and go over everything in detail so there would be no questions when we were ready to commit. We had 3 other solar companies come out to our home and they all said they just wanted to do exactly what Justin stated he did. Only the other three companies sent over the definition of a sales person. Barely would listen to what we wanted, cross selling stuff we didn't need and weren't interested in, agitated when we wouldn't sign the contract right then and there. Nothing but pressure. We got their quotes and waited for our appointment with Justin from ASW. Just came back around 7pm at night (full time working parents so time is limited for us) and not only walked us through everything, showed calculations, graphs, charts, SRP's verbiage and made understanding solar SO easy. I was so impressed by not only him, but the way he spoke so highly of the company and the owners, it wasnt just sale tactic after sale tactic, he truly believed in the benefits from the purchase. Didnt try and oversell me additional panels that I didn't need or renting panels and paying a monthly fee, it was great. He left that night without a sale to give us time to think about it and discuss as a family. After weighing options, it was clear who we wanted and what direction we were going. We called Justin and he came out the following night (again at 7pm) to write up the contract. Next up was the design approval then HOA to sign off, scheduling etc. I can not say enough but the companies coordinator Brad. I feel like as much as Brad and I have been through during this process, we are not best friends. He communicated every single step with me and updated me of any changes in scheduling as the project moved forward. A truly gem and ASW is incredibly lucky to have him. I can't say enough about Brad, Justin and the entire ASW team. You wont find anyone better in AZ so save yourself the time trying.

Everybody involved was very meticulous in describing their services and offerings. From the salesperson that came to my door to the installers and supervisors. They were very careful in explaining the details and options I had. It was easy to understand the technical aspects of the installations and the programs. They were patient with me when I felt something wasn't clear. I had no experience in solar panels but they led me all the way seamlessly. They kept to all the deadlines and kept all their promises. There were absolutely no surprises because they created the right expectations and told me the positives as well as the negatives without being pushy. They were very respectful of notifying me ahead of time every time they were about to do some work at my house. The installation went smoothly. The technicians all were very friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Arizona Solar Wave from the beginning to the end of the installation, including powering on the new meters with the power company. Very impressed

the Salesman came out was not a bit aggressive like most are. Then you are in contact with Brad who is exceptional at scheduling and answering any questions you may have. He returns phone calls in a timely manner. If you have a problem it is fixed within 48 hours. The install guys are very professional and clean up after themselves. I come from a construction background of 20 plus years and I would have to say I would recommend this company to who ever wants to go solar. Great job guys and keep up the good work.

Fantastic Customer Service

First and foremost, I have to give my hats off to Brad, because he is the ultimate example in customer service. Starting from the consultation and continuing throughout the entire project and even beyond, he's answered every question and has alleviated any concern we've thrown his way. He's almost always available on the phone and if not, he's quick to return our calls. When my wife and I met with several solar companies to determine with whom we would like to work with. After all of the consultations were over, my wife and I easily came to the conclusion that we would be choosing Arizona Solar Wave because of the honesty and integrity that Brad exuded during our meeting. These qualities continued to show throughout the project. During the initial phase of the project, the team found an issue with our electrical system that should have been covered by APS. But when APS declined to repair, Brad and Arizona Solar Wave didn't skip a beat and took it upon themselves to make the repair and did so without charging us. Also, there was hiccup after the installation, but Brad sent out a team the next day to resolve the issue and everything has been great ever since. I'll be honest that Arizona Solar Wave wasn't the least expensive option out of the companies we met with (nor were they the most expensive either), but you will not regret choosing Arizona Solar Wave and working with Brad if customer service and support is of paramount importance to you as it is to me.

Excellent company and very professional staff

We were originally going to go with a different solar company, but after comparing online reviews we decided to go with Arizona Solar Wave instead. We are extremely happy that we opted for them. Project manager Brad guided us through whole process and always got back to us quickly if we had any questions or concerns. He thoroughly explained the benefits of solar, calculated how many panels we would need to meet our energy needs, discussed the benefits of upgrading to a larger electrical panel box, took care of permitting and installation issues for the solar panel system and upgraded electrical panel that arose with the city of phoenix and APS, and immediately took action when we had a minor hiccup during installation process. They were able to install the system quickly, so we were able to take advantage of the 30% 2019 tax credit. It gives us peace of mind to know that they stand behind their installation and products. Our solar panel system is up and running great!

AWESOME JOB

We check out 10 different Solar Companies these companies promised us the moon. Some even promised a zero net electricity bill " If you add this extra gadget" (more money in their pockets, not ours) "The electric company would pay you even more" I know better than that. We check around found AZ Solar Wave. I was not interested in going with a fly by night here today/gone the tomorrow or sold multiple times., We would not have a clue on who to talk to if something happens to our unit. From the very beginning of this process to the end, AZ Solar Wave was great. (This is the second house that we put solar on we liked it so much the 1st time we did it again.) We understand what we were in for no high summer bills, I can cook on my stovetop in the summer, I did not have to turn off my air condition at 3 pm till 6 pm. I can live my home WOW what a concept. AZ Solar Wave did not oversell, walked us through the process again awesome job. No hiccups on the installed, no fuss no muss outstanding. They were with us and kept us informed from beginning to end. Awesome job promises made promises kept.

I have discussed getting solar on my home for many years and with many companies, but I was never satisfied with the answers I would receive, whenever I would ask more than basic questions. I do not remember exactly how I discovered Arizona Solar Wave & Energy, but when I did, I was invited to their website to watch a 4:17 minute video, produced by Rich Noonan at Best of the Best Television. This organization seeks out companies that have rave reviews already, and then thoroughly investigates and researches those companies, without the company's knowledge. If the company is truly a Best of the Best, it produces a video and presents the company with an award and the video to use for advertising. I was impressed by the video, and I have been impressed by everyone I have had contact with at Arizona Solar Wave & Energy. After thorough discussion and feeling comfortable with the deal, I signed a contract and the wheels were in motion. I was kept informed every step along the way. I contacted Brad, the project manager on numerous occasions, and he always answered my questions honestly, accurately, and even though my project required a few alterations along the way, they promptly accommodated my needs and never once asked for more money. Before I get started on this review a little about myself I'm a project manager and I deal with multiple Different contractors on a daily basis And for the most part know what to look for When it comes to dealing with Construction companies and general contractors After reading reviews from multiple solar companies I chose a few to have come to my house and explain what they were gonna do how they were gonna do it what it would cost how long The system would last I felt most comfortable with solar wave I didn't feel pressured I took my time they neve Tried to push me they took all my phone calls And after a couple of weeks And a lot of research I started the process they really helped me out and had some great loan Options I would really recommend this company Brad was there to answer all my questions and I had a lot of them If you're really considering solar give these guys a call You won't be disappointed

Excellent Service!

Solar was new to me, so I made a lot of calls with a lot of questions. When I contacted Arizona Solar Wave Brad got back to me right away and actually spent a half hour answering questions and educating me on the process and what to look for. He encouraged me to gather all of my research and call them back, which I did. With the end of the year looming and the house being a new purchase, the time frame was pretty small to get the job done for the max tax benefit. I am happy to say that it was done in 6 weeks and I am proud solar owner now. I have experienced nothing but great customer service and highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave!

AZ Solar Wave beat other prices (SunRun...), were faster on the installation, AND came in on budget. We are generating solar power and exceeding the daily expectations. We asked for everything we wanted (bird block to keep pigeons out from beneath, installation locations (what was behind and in front of fence) and got everything we asked for.
