Arcadia Solar

About 3 years ago I got my solar thru Arcadia. Everything went smoothly, no complaints. Now I am in need of repair service as my solar stopped working. I sent 2 emails and I left message with a man who said he'd get it to the service dept. I have NOT heard back. My APS bill is increasing and I need my solar back on. I may be changing my review.... Update.. I just received a call from service tech. Tech should be coming out by Tue. ALL FIXED 😊😊😊😊😊

After listening to several solar panel pitches from other companies we decided to go with Arcadia Solar. Teresa Koon was very professional, honest and her ability to explain the entire process was exemplary. Her conscientious effort to follow-up with us to ensure everything was going according to plans and to answer any questions has been commendable.

Quality install ! Owning my power now and love it

Arcadia has done my home, My Mothers house, and plenty of neighbors and friends. Great experience they do all the heavy lifting with HOA, permits, and kept me informed. Install was fast, my system was up and running in no time. My expectations were met, and I have peace of mind knowing my system is working as promised and if I have issues I have a reliable contractor with great warranties on all the equipment. Look no further , Arcadia is the right choice !

Solar and Sonya

I never dreamed that getting solar for our home could be so convenient. Sonya is amazing, and the process was very smooth for us. When we had a questions and opinions from our HOA, they handled everything! We've only had a few months and its great knowing we're banking up energy and lowering our costs greatly!

Excellent!

Constant, helpful, friendly communication! They made the process simple and seamless.

Excellent company and great customer service.

We had a lot of questions and they were answered with knowledge and professionalism. We save ALOT of money. From start to finish everything they said was truth. We now rent our home and our renters pay the bill. They are beyond happy it's so low and we feel it's been one of the best decisions we have made. I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you Arcadia.

Arcadia Energy is THE company to do business with!

My wife and I started this process by doing our homework and vetting out several solar installation companies before we decided upon Arcadia Energy. When Lee and Misty came into our home and had a simple no pressure, educational conversation regarding Solar Energy they absolutely stood out amongst the other solar companies. They were open, patient and communicated clearly the process, timeline and next steps based on our goals and expectations. The approval process was simple and Misty assisted with any and all questions throughout. Lee and Misty helped us design a system that worked for our family’s energy consumption. Along with Lee and Misty’s great customer service we were super impressed with the caliber of the installation team when the product was installed, they were true craftsmen. We are excited about our decision to go Solar and are confident in the company we choose. Put Arcadia Energy on the top of your short list and make the decision to go solar today!
