I cannot say enough about Apollo Solar. They installed solar panels to supplement our existing solar panel array. From the first encounter to the final switching on of our system, they provided incredible service. Communication was outstanding. When I called or emailed questions, I got an immediate and thoughtful response. I was kept informed about the progress on the installation every step of the way. The Apollo staff made sure to expedite the installation so that I was able to take advantage of tax credits. I had difficulties with Xcel billing for the system installed previously and Collin and Chris went above and beyond to help me sort out the billing problems even though this was unrelated to their installation. The onboarding process was seamless, and I was provided with all the information needed to switch on the monitoring system. In sum, our experience with Apollo has not only been positive, but it has also been the best service experience we have had with any contractor with whom we have done business- ever! I highly recommend Apollo to anyone contemplating a solar installation.

Our solar system was installed July 2025, and every step of the process was excellent with Apollo. Their initial proposal was exactly what I needed, their designers worked with me to ensure the system was exactly what I needed, the price and interest rate were too good to beat, they handled all logistical details with Xcel Energy, the install was fast and professional, and their customer service staff were amazing at communicating when things would happen and answering my questions. I've already referred one family friend to them and will do the same if anyone else I know wants to go solar. Highest possible recommendation.

The quality of the work and the customer service of Apollo Solar have met and exceeded all of our expectations. From the original sales contact to the completion and turning on of our meter, they have kept us updated and in the loop through the entire process. They took care of everything while I sat back and waited to watch the meter go in reverse!

Apollo is the best! They are professional at their workmanship and their focus on customer service is beyond any company we have ever worked with before. Apollo provided us with a wonderful solar system and also great customer service…even when our roofing company blamed them for a leak in our roof. They patiently came to our home multiple times and helped with diagnosing the problem until, finally, the roofers found the leak - that the roofers had created. Never once did Apollo make us feel like we were causing them an imposition (even though I know we were).

... when such service has become a thing of the past. My solar inverter failed two weeks after my prior installer went under. I was in a panic, with no clear path forward. My good fortune was to be directed to Apollo Energy, where Zach W. got me in their care, Chris S. provided the knowledge, insight reassurance, and intervention with the manufacturer, so that my solar would be restored, Lastly, Zane replaced the inverter, and had it in operation, in under an hour. I expected weeks of lost production, but this team this fine crew, had it back in operation only two weeks after the failure was discovered. Have had the system just over a year. Service was amazing, the company took care of everything. Price as quoted and inverter has an ap that shows power production and the weather. My roof now produces all the electricity to run my home and a lot of the juice for my electric F-150. Panels are American made and more attractive than ones with metal frames. Would not use any other solar company.

We are very happy with our new solar panels. Its great to be a part of something that is making for a cleaner future and generating our own electricity!

From the salesperson (Josh Kitts) who answered every question we had to their electrical engineer Nate, who brought our new breaker box up to code, to the install team who just did a masterful install, all 31 panels up in 2 days to Molly in the office that ALWAYS answered the phone and helped us when needed! Then getting our net metering set up with CORE in less than one week! Locals (Colorado and Southern Wyoming), if you're looking at this technology and want a perfect experience, go with Apollo. There are plenty of choices out there, but I'm the most critical buyer I know, and they kept me happy every step of the way!

Apollo helped us when no one else could or would, they removed our old solars and set us with new solars at our new home. Everyone from Apollo has been amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I am really pleased with the service and process Apollo Solar provided. They really saved the day for my family during our moving process from Denver to Colorado Springs. We previously had Ion Solar who told us they wouldn’t be able to move our solar panels to a different city. I was under a lot of stress after contacting them. Our experience with Apollo was smooth and professional from beginning to end. Josh initially presented us with a customized proposal for our house which was thorough and easy to understand. We shopped around and received competitive proposals from other companies, but none of them had as good of reviews as Apollo, which ended up being the deciding factor for us. It took about 90 days from the time we signed the contract to the time our system was turned on, most of which was spent waiting for approvals from other parties. Apollo was very communicative during this time. The installation itself was quick and involved minimal fuss. Compared to other companies that we've had working on our new house, Apollo was extremely professional.

Apollo is an excellent company to go with solar. From the start they were upfront, in-person, and honest. The work was done way before we expected. Our neighbors are still waiting and it has been months. No problems of any sort. Communication is always available, even a month after completion they still answer my questions. I cannot say enough about their excellent work and good overall product.

Even though a competitor was almost $3,000 cheaper, we chose Apollo and we are not disappointed. They produced for us a great engineering design, they employ high quality equipment, their warranty protections were far superior to their competitor's, Apollo was quick with their text and email responses, their staff was friendly and very helpful, and their sales rep never applied any sales press on us. Apollo has been amazing from the start all the way to the finish of our solar project! We went with Apollo vs one of the larger competitors as Apollo was authentic and honest from day one, and they felt the exact opposite of what the other larger competitor was trying to force upon us with dishonest and almost 'used-car' sales practices that almost made us turn away completely from solar. I strongly recommend Apollo as they have amazing customer service, are always willing to help or answer questions, and they did an amazing job from the planning to the implementation to testing/power on! The sales person was very informative on the cost and savings/Tax Credit of solar power. The install took a little longer than expected , but the installers/company keep us in the loop of all changes and worked through them so that the system passed inspection. We haven't had the the panels very long, but so far they seem to be working fine and the install looks very clean and professional.

Where to begin, from the great sales experience, to the dedicated installer team and back office support, Apollo handled everything extremely well! A huge thank you to Melissa, Grete, Molly, Nate, Amanda and the installation team for making this whole experience possible. There were some bumps on the install (not due to them) and they handled them with great care, they were always willing to answer my ever growing number of questions about solar and did an incredible job of installing our solar system in a single business day and a month ahead of schedule! It took longer to get the city inspection and xcel to do their part than it was for the installation to happen. Highly recommend them if you have future solar needs!

My husband and I recently purchased our home and were excited to get solar installed quickly. We received quotes from three solar providers and decided on Apollo Energy for several reasons: 1. The price was right. Pricing was competitive and they were offering incentives at the time. This kept our monthly payments the same as those offered by competitors but with a larger system. 2. The attachment system they use for the panels seems less susceptible to roof leaks. 3. The panels themselves are esthetically pleasing and each panel has it's own converter. 4. The transferability of the warranty upon the sale of our home in the future. Installation was seamless. Our panels were installed, inspected, and up and running in under 90 days! Every single person we spoke to at Apollo was knowledgeable about the process and what our next steps were. The installers were courteous, focused, and prompt. Communication is hands-down one of Apollo's biggest strengths. Response times on phone calls and emails were incredibly fast. It was not uncommon to receive a call or email on a weekend to answer a question. That communication carries throughout the entire company. I asked three different questions of three different people who were at our home during the process (auditor, installer, electrician) and each one knew exactly what was going on with our system. Apollo has an obvious focus on engaging with their customers to provide the best possible experience. To me, that is an incentive that weighs just as heavy as a monetary one.

From the beginning of the process of surveying my roof area, generating plans, the permitting process, and installation, Melissa was in constant contact and I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. I had a difficult situation with my project and Melissa and her team were there to help me through the entire process. On installation day, her team installed all the panels, conduit, and inverter in about 5 hours and were completely self sufficient, not even needing to use the stairs in my house to gain access to the roof, which I appreciated as the installation took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend Apollo Energy to anyone interested in installing solar on their roof!

I had a great solar purchase, and install experience with Apollo Energy. They very clearly laid out all my financing options from the beginning and then took care of all permitting and HOA requirements. The install was a breeze and really the timeline was fair from beginning of install to the panels collecting and tied to the grid. I myself work in construction so I’m aware of the potential hang ups in schedules. I went with Apollo because although there’s many options out there, I like that they’re a local company that is just a phone call away in the event that there’s any issues in the future. I’m really happy with my choice

Very Satisfied customers! Our experience with Apollo has been top notch. From the initial calls in making arrangements, to financing, installation and product performance. They did all of the HOA and city inspection arrangements; like pressing the "easy button" for us. Now, after nearly a year of having their solar panels on our roof, we have had no problems and are happy to not pay an electric bill! Could not give a higher recommendation.

After meeting with their sales team at our home, which consisted of a 2 hour thorough demonstration of what solar panels would mean for our home, including crunching exact numbers, we decided to say yes. The team that arrived to install the panels were friendly, very hard working, and efficient; even taking the time at the end of the installation to help us download the SolarEdge app on our phones and set up our account so we could follow our solar intake and progress. Once the panels were up and running, the company has been nothing short of helpful with various simple questions we’ve had along the way, in which our questions are speedily answered by their Chief Operating Officer, Melissa Theesen. Now we pay almost nothing for our energy bills and even collect money every month based on our solar collection. Apollo is a top rate, local family owned company, and we can’t recommend them enough!

Apollo Energy was at a home that we attended. The person that represented the company impressed us a lot.

To say that I am satisfied with Apollo Energy is a complete understatement. Collin made our experience incredibly seamless and always replied to our questions promptly with so much follow up material that I felt very empowered (no pun intended) to make the right decisions with our energy. The biggest reason to choose Apollo is that they are a local company that provides excellent and personal service. Their warranties and rates were very competitive with the national chains, and the fact that I have the owner’s personal cell phone if I have an issue means so much more than being just a number on a sales report. AND as a bonus, they have a huge commitment to charity and a part of your solar system cost goes to various local charities - Collin’s choice went to the Denver Actors Fund - which really sold me on the company.

This company is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have already recommended them to all of our neighbors. We always wanted solar but knew nothing about it. They came and explained everything to us and what the benefits were. To us it was a no brainers to get solar and a no brainers to work with Apollo to get it. After we contracted with them they made everything so easy. They did all of the background work, working with our HOA, taking measurements, getting approval from Xcel. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their customer service exceeds 5 stars, we highly recommend them.
