Don't hesitate to call ALLY Electric and Solar
We had 17 panels installed on our roof in December 2024. As a result, we received an incentive rebate on our system and a reduction of 70% on our monthly PG & E bills. The team was diligent and very respectful of our home during the installation process. The quality of the equipment is excellent. As owners of the business, Nur and Metin were always quick to respond to any questions regarding the system. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent company!
We are writing to commend Ally Electric & Solar for the work they did on our solar installation. Very professional and seamless. We needed to replace our 21-year old system, partially in order to put up a new roof. We wanted to max-out the number of panels that would fit on our roof as we wanted to charge our electric vehicle, as well as zero-out our reliance on the grid. Ally scheduled the removal of the roof panels in conjunction with the schedule of the roofing company, who would not undertake the removal of panels. Metin was conscientious and meticulous in planning our array, and supported his design with lots of manufacturer’s specs. He answered all my questions regarding the build. Additional, we wanted battery storage that was NOT Tesla (for obvious reasons, one hopes), which proved to be a non-issue; we went with Metin's suggestion of a Franklin product, which has been working well. Ally’s post-support has also been helpful when questions have come up about operational aspects of the new system. Ally was proactive in keeping us informed about solar system rebates and tax incentives as well, but we have had an ongoing situation with PG&E. This very much feels like a problem instigated by PG&E. Specifically it has felt like PG&E is doing EVERYTHING to postpone and deny our application to sell excess energy to the grid (which seems rapacious and immoral). Ally has shown great patience in dealing with the corporation’s constant deadlines and changing demands. What seems like an obvious no-brainer has been an infuriating, unresolved issue, which Ally continues to advocate for on our behalf TWO years later. This is above and beyond the scale of the installation, for which we are grateful for.
