Affiliate Solar

Me and my family are so grateful! I remember this company being the best; always respectful and available when we needed them. They installed our system in the summer of 2020, and since then we've been protected from blackouts and costly electricity bill increments. We paid cash, and, never had an issue with functionality. Our regards to Kim Eaves and Lyle Garstad.

Do not get affiliate solar. They are the worst! The salesperson Josh lied and said I would have only 1 bill. He also told me my old outdated electrical panel would be replaced, it WASN'T. My system still isn't working because of inspection and it's been 1 year and 3 months!!, yet they started billing me for a non working service and summer is here. The installation contractors they hired put a hole in my carport roof! That HASN'T been fixed. Another crew they contracted left a mess that we had to clean up. The communication has been horrible. They don't give you updates on status of installation, and they just show up unannounced. It's been a stressful and horrible experience.

We had some issues getting thing up and going, however Kim with Affiliate Solar was able to contact some one local to be here right away. Leif and Wes came out the next day and quickly resolved the issue. Everyone was very professional, Leif and Wes even took the time to explain to me what the issue was and that is was not anything major, just a software update. Affiliate solar has been great to work with!

One of thee worst companies that I have ever delete with.

I did not choose them, Vivint sold the solar and Affiliate Solar was scheduled for the installation. The company kept delaying the installation and then they had to put other jobs on hold to come to my place. The work was no more than horrendous. They ran conduit over the roof of my house and then spray painted the conduit to match the shingles and the stucco on the side of my house. Over spray was everywhere a No it did not match. It got to the point where I had to ask them not to come onto my property. However, the owner Randy shows up after being not to and enters into my back yard and starts calling my name as I am mowing my yard. Randy was instructed to leave, which he was willing to do so until I told him I would call the Police. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMING TO NO ONE.

Affiliate Solar was very professional. They took the time to explain everything to my wife and I and did a great job with the installation for our home. We have had our solar now for about four years and have called in for a couple follow up issues over the years. Their customer service is great and I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. I would use Affiliate again in a heartbeat.

We had a house built back in 2016 or 2017. After seeing our first power bill, we decided to in vest in solar. After contacting several companies and scheduling several appointments for quotes (most of them wouldn't even show up) we decided to go with affiliate. The installers were friendly and professional. They were great to deal with, kept us informed of every step of the install. We had pigeons get up under our panels and disconnected some of the wires. I contacted affiliate and they had it fixed within a few days. My neighbors had a different company install solar and had serious issues. I called affiliate and they got their solar up and running in a timely manner... After seeing some other installs, I am extremely happy with the job affiliate done for me... EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!
