Solar Source - The Solar Experts

Professional, quick response to my repair needs.

Barely knew the techs were here. Completely satisfied!

Great post-installation support

We were lucky enough to get two referrals to Solar Source from neighbors when we were considering a solar installation. That was over two years ago, and since then the market has become flooded with new solar companies. Solar Source has decades of experience and we have benefitted from that experience from the initial visit of our sales person (Bryan Hammond) through the installation and post installation support. Incredible how deep their bench is. Every person we have dealt with has impressed us with their skills and knowledge. Highly recommended.

Very Satisfied

Professional, Efficient and excellent customer service, reasonable pricing.

Great Job

They came out on time and worked the issue quickly. I felt the price was acceptable and within a month, they had to come out a second time for some additional repairs and didn't charge a second service. I just had to pay for parts. I am very happy with the tech that was here as he also helped me with a small unrelated favor while he was here. Just a good friendly thing to do. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem. I am very happy with this company.

Very efficient!

From personal research.

Great Experience!

Had a great experience with Dave and Juan in installing our pool’s solar heating system! Very knowledgeable and professional - really appreciated their partnership and expertise. Hope to use Superior Solar for solar energy for my home soon.

Outstanding!

Replied to my service inquiry e-mail at 8:00am within literally three minutes. Dave came out within hours and accurately diagnosed the problem (it was unrelated to the solar system). The system has worked perfectly for almost a year now. I offered / expected to pay a service call charge, especially since it was just my pump that required priming, but he told me there was no charge, explained a couple of things about winter use in general, and told me to call if anything else came up. They live up to their name "Superior"!

Great Install Happy Workers

Highly Rated with upgraded materials. Wanted quality and service. Got both.

Good Choice

Good sales support. Competitive price. Good reputation.

Very professional and kept us informed throughout the process

Chose them because of their extensive experience and high ratings

First Class Customer Service!

I chose Superior Solar due to their 5 star reviews and was blown away by the service I received. My purchase took some time due to insurance, and they were patient and very helpful. I love my new solar heaters and would highly recommend David, and the SS team!

Solar Pool heater

Very easy to work with, provided everything I needed for our HOA. Even when the HOA was giving us a hard time our sales person (David Spaner) stepped up to give us the info we needed to expedite the install.

Excellent price and workmenship

I am writing this letter to thank Solar Source who I contacted to to replace my solar hot water tank. My system was installed over 15 years ago with a 120 gallon storage tank. Systems normally have 80 gallon. They did not have one in stock but they got one in short order and sent two techs out to do the install. Dan the lead was very experienced and knew everything about my older system and went right to work. The job was somewhat labor intensive since I wanted all the old cutoffs and drains replaced. When he got done it was like a work of art on how he planned the runs and put them together. All the contacts at the company were extremely helpful. I would like to add the price of this quality work was very reasonable. I will be sure to rec amend them for future needs and to my neighbors.

Excellent Experience

Outstanding Experience! 18 months ago I spoke to Bryan Hammond at Solar Source. He is a man of his word and explained the process in detail. We installed the system and my electric bills went from approx. $600.00 monthly to $20.77. It has been wonderful having solar. Solar Source was professional, prompt, exactly what they represented to us. Now, 18 months later, we have generated SO MUCH energy, I have added a heat pump to my system at no additional cost monthly because I am generating so much SOLAR ENERGY!! This is WONDERFUL. Bryan, my sales rep, Connie in the business office and the techs are absolutely a joy to work with and did exactly what they represented to me. Matter of fact, I was in a time crunch and they went above and beyond.. WOW!! Thanks!! We totally recommend this company and their professionalism. Duke is not happy but we sure are!! lol.. Thanks Solar Source!!

3 Years Solar !

The Solar Source Team and Bryan Hammond are not new to this industry. 3 years later and we could not be happier with their work, customer service, and expertise. They are still readily available to answer any questions. Solar Source has passed the test of time. Many competitors have come and gone. Solar Source remains! That speaks volumes to their excellence in solar technology and customer service. We are 2700 sq. ft., large hot tub and pool heater.. We still produce more than we use and are only paying Duke the minimal monthly fee. It is a relief not to have to worry about their talk rate increases which will never end...I always, without hesitation, recommend Bryan Hammond and Solar Source to friends considering to convert!!

Excellent service before, during and after the sale!

Was impressed with the professionalism of my sales rep Jim when he came to the house. He had all the information I needed and gave me examples why their product and solution was the best. The communication throughout the entire process was great and the installers did a fabulous job. I even got a follow up call the day after installation from Colleen who was also spectacular through the whole process. Highly recommend this company!

An Outstanding Job

Solar Source had previously installed a solar pool heater so when I needed my solar water heater replaced they were my first choice. They showed up early and did a exceptional installation. All three installers were polite and cleaned up after the job. When I've needed service they have always responded quickly. Bottom line: A professional organization.

They did a great job with the install.

They were a recommendation and I am glad that I went with them. The crew that came out discovered a problem with my pool system at the filter and heater. A supervisor was dispatch and he had a tech respond out and redo the plumbing to my pool. They made sure everything was running correctly before leaving. I would definitely recommend them. And I will be a life long customer. They treat you like family

Solar Panel for my Pool

The Solar Source was highly recommended by a neighbor who had her pool solar panel system installed years back. To date, she has had no issue with the system and the installation. I found the Solar Source Company to be a reliable company, easy to work with, professional in their transactions. The crew that came to install were very knowledgeable and very efficient in their work. I will be very happy to recommend them as well.

Felix did a great job repairing leaks in our system.

Very efficient. Always helpful and our tech Felix, was most helpful and on time.

Happy Customer

Superior Solar did everything they promised and we're very happy.

Outstanding service by Felix

They installed the solar system originally and have always provided excellent service when needed

Finally

Almost 3 years after a lightning strike took almost every electronic possible out of the pool, I think we finally may have a winner. Your deferring to my local pool guy did save me money in the short run, but never totally resolved some glaring issues ( which could have been covered by insurance ). I would most certainly have this Tech visit me again. He kept me up to speed throughout the whole process. Do have an annoying sound of water bubbling in the pipes for about 30 seconds in the early morning hours. Will monitor this, am needing to have the filter replaced, its housing has a leak.

Pool solar heater
