The company did not push me to buy their products. They simply told me what they had, and what it would do in my situation. Told me potential risks I specifically might had. When moving forward they were responsive and understanding. They assisted me right away with the one small issue we had and had it resolved within 24 hours. They will not sell to you if your home is not a good fit for either solar or them in particular...so no worries about not getting a return on your investment there.
