I was very skeptical about solar because of all of the reviews that I had read. I was approached at my door by a sales person and I did not have time to talk to him so he asked if they could come back the next day, I said sure. A young lady named Alejandra showed up at my door the next day and we talked about solar and I told her my concerns about all of the reviews and she assured me that all companies have good and bad reviews and that she would be completely honest with me because this is her business and she cares about people. I asked her a lot of questions and she was very honest and upfront. I did not sign that night and spent about a week doing research and decided to have her come back and talk. She came back and I had asked her about Tesla power wall three and she said that one was available so I went ahead and signed and got that battery. The installation went fine and Alejandra kept in contact with me throughout pre-installation and the installation process. My big concern was not having to make a payment for the lease and another payment to the electric company, and she assured me that with the amount of panels and battery that I have, I would not have to do that. My panels are now up and running and I get to watch the solar production from my Tesla app and it is amazing to see that no power has come from the electric company during the day or the night. I am extremely happy with my decision to go with Solar and it’s all because of my sales rep Alejandra.
