I purchased new home in Stockton, CA. My escrow closed June 24, 2024. My solar still not activate. I has been nothing but headache with them. I try to call so many time and always an excise due to PG&E. Because of their bad customer service. I don't recommend this Sunnova as your solar choice. And now i find out my back up battery is not install correctly so it not working too. Try to call them and still no luck.. I am writing this review and hopefully someone at Sunnova contract me.
