Sunnova has terrible customer service , can’t get a straight answer on anything. Opens a work order but it takes weeks for anyone to show up . System isn’t generating power, haven’t saved on electricity but somehow my solar cost went up .. the excuse was that my system made MORE solar energy than expected so that costs more. Make it make sense. I’m extremely mad at myself for falling for the solar conspiracy.
