Thank God I checked their ratings!!!!

I had 3 young men come to my house through Delta Home Security as they are “partnering” with Freedom Forever. Typical solicitor set-up with 2 approaching me first to get info about my electric bill and then they will have their “energy specialist” come sit with me after he goes through my usage. Of course he is attempting to sell and gain commitment for a “survey” to see if my house “qualifies” but first need to do a soft pull of my credit…soft pull determined I was pre-qualified. Once he sent me the application for the so called site survey, it read “Lease agreement”, I pointed this out and said I only want to schedule the survey! His response was I needed to sign to schedule it. I again said I’m not comfortable with that..typical solicitor he kept repeat himself that I have months to cancel since it takes a while for the process to complete. We went back and forth for at least 15 minutes. He became increasingly frustrated because I refused to sign until I read through the documents, met with my financial advisor, and researched the company etc. Thank goodness I followed my gut! The reviews clearly reflect the dishonesty and horrible business practice Freedom Forever is known for! People on here cannot get ahold of anyone, they are being charged even though they cancelled before panels arrived, you name the concern..someone on here has confirmed it..LITERALLY! This is confirmation that it pays off to investigate what you are signing!
