Roof damage caused by Freedom Forever

I am a current client with Freedom Forever Solar. Amber Wilson (FF project manager) and Logan Carter (foreman of the FF installation group) are the two individuals my wife and I were speaking to in regards to the roof damage. We were scheduled to have solar panels reinstalled on my roof on December 2nd, The crew was there on December 2nd,3rd,4th, and 7th. It took them four days to attempt to install solar panels on my roof. Mr. Carter came off my roof on the 4th day and told me there was at least 15 feet of damage over my garage caused by the inexperienced workers. He stated that there were 30 holes in the roof over the garage that were caused by the inexperienced workers. He stated that he may lose his job over this because FF would want him to be quiet about this and just finish putting the solar panels on the roof. He stated that the roof would likely leak in the next 6 months and they would be back taking off the solar panels again. Mr. Carter was not there on the first two days the damage occured. The first and second day of installation an inexperienced crew was left alone. When my wife contacted Ms. Wilson agreed that there was damage on the roof and admitted to my wife and I that she noticed the damage on the second day the installation crew was there and they were found sleeping in the trucks. Amber gave them a "come to Jesus talk" and allowed them to get back onto my roof to damage the shingles further at that time. After Mr Carter told me about the roof damage he asked me if I wanted to stop the installation at that time and I said yes as the workers were not competent to do the work and wanted to avoid further damage. Mr. Carter was very apologetic and the men picked up their equipment and left. Ms. Wilson stated the workers were misrepresented as having adequate experience and that this was their first job off a 2 week training. Ms. Wilson confirmed the damage over the garage again when she was at my home in March to take pictures with a drone. Somehow the pictures would not load properly or were lost so, another crew was sent to obtain photographs on their cellphones. Ms. Wilson told me I could call her for any problems at any time, when I text or call, she does not respond. We contacted the Illinois Attorney General office to get a resolution as I am tired of going back and forth with the FF resolution team in regards to this. Jaylin Boland (resolution office) is the third resolution person we have had to speak with in regards to this issue. They sent my wife an email stating that we did not have any damage and they would like to schedule to reinstall the panels. When I attempted to call them, they would not answer the phone to speak. This is the second time that FF has damaged our roof. I presented them pictures of the damage and they said that the brackets were just misaligned and they flashed it appropriately. They do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes. The first time they damaged the roof, my wife called to schedule them to remove the panels because we had a leak around where the panels were installed and they laughed at her and told her it would be 3 months before they could get out and assess the damage and schedule the removal of the panels for a new roof to be placed. I turned it into insurance and had a brand new roof installed at that time and now it has been damaged a second time. I have reached out to the leadership administration without response, I would like the damage repaired so that we can move forward with installation of the solar panels with another company or to dissolve the contract. I do not trust Freedom Forever to reinstall the solar panels as the company has shown to be negligent and incompetent to perform these duties. Not to mention the professional working relationship is gone. If I could give zero stars it would be more accurate.
