Tim is inconsiderate

We have been dealing with leaks in our roof since the panels were installed. We’ve waited several days for responses for this and when someone comes out to inspect the roof everything appears fine. Now our ceiling is damaged. We asked for someone to check again, the person came today and said that we need a roof contractor “and unfortunately they’re (venture solar) is going to stick you with the bill. My husband messaged Tim who responded that this is our responsibility. I texted Tim who wasn’t considerate enough to text or call back as I requested. After my meeting I called Tim. I introduced myself and he said “how can I help you?” I said “our roof is leaking.” He said “I’m aware” I asked him to repeat what he said because I wasn’t sure I heard him correctly. He then cut me off while saying “your case has been escalated and I have nothing more to do with it.” I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone. Most people aren’t recognizing leaks because they’re probably in the attic. We have vaulted ceilings. This is not ok.
