Scammed by the Horrible Lease till I Die Filed to Court Apr 2025

Fusion Power solar company of Chandler AZ scammed me into signing the bad lease with escalating monthly payments for 25 years - if I survive that long. I would be over 90 at that point and, if I survive, my monthly payment would be 148 dollars - let's compare with 55 to 67 dollars what is my regular APS (AZ electrical company) monthly payments in the months of November to May are regularly from 50 to 67 dollars per month. Triple! My monthly payments would "ripen" and triple in 25 years! The planet Sun will work directly into the pockets of Fusion Power - not to help a customer whose roof they are using. Hmm... What a wonderfully made scheme under the advertising of the clean energy. When my first bill came of 92.25 (plus APS 36.25 - total $128.25) in March 2025 - I discovered that I was misled by the Seller Ryan Witt (apptmt with signing in my home on Nov 2 2024) into signing the serious, costly Lease. I am low-income, budget-living elderly with no family support, and such a Lease is absolutely not affordable to me. However, Ryan did not do any disclosures, nor he said anything about 3 days to cancel what I was signing: on the contrary, he promised that I would benefit from the solar panels on my home's roof, and that all costs would be covered by the solar energy. The bad scam of the trusting, gullible elderly woman happened, the woman who had never leased anything in her life, the woman who has been paying her bills on the day they came. I filed the court papers and let's see if the court of justice confirms that it is OK to go into a home of a trusting elderly with untreatable eye condition, and to mislead her into the bad signing. As my research showed, there were precedents - for example, in the state of New York the similar situation happened to an elderly man and the judge ruled in his favor: that the solar company remove the panels at their expense. I have been fighting this injustice since the day in mid-March 2025 when I first discovered it, and I came to the point by the mid-April 2025 that no other choice was left for me - but apply my papers to the court of justice. The Fusion Power solar company of Arizona denied to me either removal with a penalty or lowering that illogically high payment. Please BEWARE and STAY AWAY from that company unless you are happy with the payments they offer you. The named company is a union of wealthy companies (LightReach of Phoenix dba Palmetto of Scottsdale are charging/financial affiliates and have their names on the mentioned Lease) and they have unfair business practices. Their business cards are confusing, without addresses, and their CSO's (Jared Gillespie) address has the mistake of the city in his email body. The hurt customer would have very hard time to find out all those addresses and who belongs to what address. There is no transparency in that business. This is not what a customer deserves and entitled to have by law.
