Terrible follow up when there's a problem

We've had our system for 2 years and per the contract, they guarantee no leaks for up to 5 years. Well, that's a lie because I have a huge leak in my house that has been confirmed by 2 different roofers to be caused by the panels on my roof. They placed panels on a low graded part of the roof that shouldn't have anything on it because the water moves too slow when draining. They also used the incorrect mounts on this part of the roof, leaving plenty of space for water to find its way in. I now have marks all over my ceiling, water pours from the doorway of my office, and my son hurt his back because he slipped on the water the other night when it started raining really hard and the leak got larger. I call and get told my file has been escalated to the highest level (reserved for fires and electrical issues). Guess my house has to actually burn to the ground or I have to be electrocuted when turning on the light for them to actually respond. I plan to hold my next payment until something is done since they are NOT honoring their end of the contract and I will be getting a lawyer if nothing is done by the time of the next scheduled payment. The cost savings on my electric bill is nice but not if I'm going to have to shell out my savings to fix the damage caused to my house.
