Freedom Forever required the full contract amount be paid prior to completion of the job. During the job, changes were made reducing the contract amount by thousands. Freedom did not issue updated documents to escrow and the contract amount was not updated. Upon job completion escrow paid the incorrect amount to Freedom and did not issue the refund that was due to the customer (me). After months of contacting Freedom, who fully agreed a refund was due, and escalating the matter within the company many times with many promises of the refund being issued, no refund has been issued. Freedom and escrow both have the final contract with the correct final contract amount and appologize nicely ever time we contact them and promise escalation to the correct department and people but never issue the refund.
