We were fortunate to work with Ramon Mariano with NY State Solar. Ramon was very nice, courteous and a true professional. He was extremely informative and took the time to answer several questions. Ramon explained everything thoroughly and there was no pressure whatsoever. The installation was efficiently and expeditiously completed as scheduled.
