This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They installed solar panels on my roof, and since the installation there were invisible leaks into the eaves that over time have destroyed our eaves necessitating thousands of dollars in repairs. I called for a warranty check on the installation and they flat out said the leaks were from the roof being too old (the panels were installed 4 years ago) and want to charge me $5k to take the panels off so the roof can be replaced! I asked to see the report of the roof status check they supposedly did prior to the installation and was told that that is "internal information" and won't be provided to me; now I know why. They claim a 25 year warranty, but what good is it if they don't care about the customer and shrug off their responsibilities? The right thing for them to do is remove and replace the panels at no charge, since they did a roof inspection before installing them and should have known the roof needed replacing. In addition, the price they're asking to remove and replace the panels is twice as much as competing companies; however, if you don't use them you lose your (worthless) warranty! Very unprofessional and shady business practices. Incidentally, after the panels were installed, I got an email about how their company had the best year ever - yeah, by throwing panels on all the roofs without regard for the age of the roof! Buyers beware.
