5-stars for Photon Brothers (PB). They designed and installed 18 panels of solar electric for our home 3.5 years ago. On a steep tile roof, not an easy feat. It has been churning out 10,000 kwh / yr over that time (exceeding our consumption by 22%); we sell power back to Xcel 9 months of the year. (Nov-Dec-Jan less sun; no surprise.) The SolarEdge software that links the control panel to my home computer makes it easy to keep tabs on how the system is doing (and double-checking Xcel’s monthly credits for solar production). I am writing now to note that, when one of our roof tiles disintegrated recently, the PB supervisor agreed that the combination of a hard-to-detect stress crack by the original installers plus 3.5 years of rain and hail may have caused the tile to fall apart. PB stood behind their work; no charge to install a new tile. BTW, the 18 solar panels themselves have all survived the wind and hail !
