I chose Freedom Forever for my solar installation and opted for the Tesla battery backup. I immediately regretted my decision. They use third-party salespeople who promise the world, only to tell you lies to get you to sign a contract with them. The issues began when the system took several months longer than promised to be fully operational. Now, just a year later, there’s a problem, and my solar system is offline. I've been trying to get it fixed for two months, but after calling multiple times, I'm still not connected. Scheduling an appointment with a technician takes weeks, and when they do show up, they’re often unprepared, lacking the necessary equipment. This results in another reschedule, leaving me stuck paying for a system that isn’t working. Freedom Forever refuses to reimburse me for the inconvenience or long scheduling delays. It’s clear they only care about getting you to sign a contract, then provide terrible service once they’ve got your money. If I could void my contract and return their equipment, I absolutely would. Don’t make the same mistake I did – stay away from this company.
